The black lady manager at this location is very rude,unkind and horrible person. I always have a good experience and am greeted as I come into this establishment by many of the associates who are very nice. If you can get pass the stinky nasty acting manager, you will be ok A very good place to get nice stuff, but having a good attitude and being kind to the customers goes a long way.

Worst location I have ever been in. Staff was rude . Made me uncomfortable. At every turn I had someone hovering over me. I went to try on clothing and for some reason I was told that I could only take 5 items in which I had no issues with, but the other women trying on clothing had not done the same . I was singled out for why have no clue. Rude people at this location. Trust I am a resale diva. We’re talking thrift and you would think we were in a Gucci store the way these employees treated you. Will never return or donate to this location!

Good place to deliver items ( clothing, games, toys for children etc.. ). The staff member who assisted was efficient and helpful. Good idea to at least organize your items for donation, but not mandatory.

I have some really good furniture that I would like to donate, but they don't offer to pick up which IMO really needs to change. I live really close but can't take to them

Went to drop off a bunch of (really cute) fall decor and misc house decor. The worker kept huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes while we unloaded everything onto the cart. Kept making comments about "why all the workers hate when people do this" ummm ok? And kept telling us how none of it will sell and it will sit on the shelf (not my problem). Just incredibly rude, uncomfortable and unprofessional. If you hate your job that much go get a different one.

Fabulous Goodwill. Super clean and organized. Staff is so nice and helpful. I scored with some great treasures. The store is so much more organized, clean and put together than most good wells. I'm a frequent shopper.

I've never been in a goodwill store So unorganized!!!! Poor management. No pricing where there should be and if you ask an employee They have no clue either

One of the best Goodwills for clothes in the Katy area. The staff is very courteous as well!

SHOCKING TO SEE THE INCREASE IN PRICES! Books which I would buy for elderly were once one dollar is now priced $3.99. The very people who need donated goods can not afford to support Good Will any longer. This FOR PROFIT organizations has lots it's mission to help needy. Please go to Penny Wise and support and donate to this organizations that help so many low income people. Say NO to Good Will.

As with most Goodwill stores the inventory is constantly updated. Well organized and spacious. Everything from clothing to toys, housewares to books, sporting items to furniture.Prices are clearly posted and they offer special 25% discount days on Wednesday for seniors, active military and vets, first responders and teachers (with ID). Also, Tuesday to Friday YELLOW tagged items are 25% off, Saturday to Sunday is 50% off and on Mondays it’s 75%.

Clean store. Well organized. People ya need to donate. I moved here from CA and thrifting there was like searching in a gold mine. We need more great donations!

I have been coming to this store for the last three years. Management for this store could not be more rude, or prideful. The manager forced my 2 boys to go with her and follow her around the store. I told them to stay put and look at the books who my 10 year old boy often purchases on his own. He evidently is not old enough to be anywhere in goodwill on his own. When the manager asked him where his parents were he said my dad was taking his sisters to try on some clothes and they needed to stay there and wait. The manager then said "nah, this is not daycare" and forced them to go with here for their own safety. Where I approached her about how she spoke to my children and forced them to follow she got very upset and tried to throw me out until she saw someone was recording the situation then she got real nice and turned her sites to them saying they could not record in her store.Great child safety forcing kids to go with a stranger against their parents request. Again my some is 10 not 5. Terrible management on a large power trip. A family store very much against serving families.
