The person who picked the call was a bit rude in getting the information about our pet. But the doctor who looked after our cat was nice.

Here is the story! I was in the clinic last month for the annual check up and vaccine for my cat. Long story short is after neglecting my cat got fleas! I went and bought a medicine and Dr. Anderson gave me a call after all and asked me to remove my review about what happened because they paid me back $35 for the fleas medication . I told him that this was really bad experience after I was a loyal customer for 20 years! He said that if I do not remove my previous review they will not give me a service for my cat! That is what happened!!!!!! My cat still have a flea now in her ears and I called to schedule appointment. Guess what? First put me on hold for 5 minutes because I didn’t have emergency! After that they said they couldn’t find my cat name, but they have my previous cat name! And told me that they cannot schedule appointment and someone will call me to explain why! Super frustrating ! Unbelievable unprofessional and I will never understand why anyone would do that! Instead of firing the staff who can’t even do her job they treated my cat and me disrespectful! Do not go there at any cost!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not let your furry pet get any flea or ticks because they are not clean properly! Just stay away from them!

Was a little concern bringing my Boston Terrier to a new Vet. But decided that we needed to find a Vet clinic that was closer to us, and more personalized care to our Bostons needs. From the start the receptionist was friendly profesional, and took her time to listen to our needs..And asked all the right questions. Once we got our appointment the staff was friendly efficient, and value our time. The Vetanary , and staff was very caringAnd showed genuily concern. Took inmidiatte action and our Boston wasSet to go. No upselling just the care thatOur four legged pup Son needed. We will be back soon for his teeth brushing, and regular check ups!A big thank you, to every member in this clinic. Keep up the amazing work.

Since the visit my cat gets a flea right after! My cat is an indoor cat and there no way she have it on any other place! I believe the staff must pay really close attention to cleaning! I have to spend another $35 on single dose of revolution protection because of someone didn’t do properly cleaning and their responsibility right! Be aware of that and ask for clean and sanitation!Thank you! P. S. After all they called and offered me to get refund for the $35 go back to my card. But then they called again and said I have to gave them my card number or get account credit! Really disappointed! Then they wrote me really rude email saying that wished me good luck finding another veterinary clinic! I need to know if Dr. Rodney Anderson knows about all of this mess?

Dr. Anderson and his staff are very compassionate animal lovers!!! Yesterday I saw a cat that had been hit in the middle of Crabb River Rd. just before Greatwood Animal Clinic. I stopped my truck to get out and remove it from the road but the poor kitty was still alive but badly injured. I thought it would need to be euthanized so I pulled into the vet clinic. The nice ladies at the front counter took the kitty & I offered to pay for the services but Dr. Anderson said he would take care of the charges. Just want to say thank you to all of you! Greg Davis

My cat was not eating so I brought her here to get checked, turns out it was a much worse situation than expected and I had to put my 3 year old cat down that same day. I first agreed to a $200 blood test and then a $200 X-ray because the doctor found it necessary to find what was wrong. I agreed. After the completed Xray the doctor came to the room to show me what he found and explained that he did take additional X-Rays to get a good picture, he specified that I would not get charged for an additional Xray which I appreciated. I instantly got emotional after finding out what was going to need to happen and the doctor said with no sympathy he is a “realist” and will tell it me like it is. Whatever I let it go and tried to understand that he is the doctor and deals with this a lot. I made a decision and paperwork was brought to me by the receptionist. I was offered a paw print which I would’ve loved if they weren’t charging $75 for a paw print in clay. Anyways that’s fine I get it. I received the bill and noticed an extra expense of $75 for an additional X-Ray… I explained while sobbing that the doctor said he wouldn’t charge me for additional X-Rays, I only agreed to pay the $200 something for the X-ray i authorized. Especially since none of this money is going towards positivity helping my cat. I have to put my cat down. She comes back after speaking to doctor and sure enough I will be billed the $200 something for X-ray and $75 for additional X-Ray photos. By this time I was over it and ready to say goodbye to my baby so I agreed to pay whatever to get the paperwork out of my face. My cat was finally brought to me so I could spend time with her and while sobbing over what was about to happen, the receptionist brought in my receipt and decided it would be a good idea to start to pet my cat while I’m holding her in my arms in the last few minutes that we have together and alive. After everything and after goodbyes were said I had to witness my cats head flop around while the nurse took her out of my sight forever. Please take your pet to somewhere sincere with humans that understand the loss of a pet. I would never recommend and I will never bring another pet here again.

I always leave this clinic feeling slightly dissatisfied. Given my cat seems to have developed chronic interstitial cystitis so I guess it's trial and error, but I diagnosed her myself before they did. They're never able to get a urinalysis and I understand it's due to her bladder size at the time of visit, but how do they expect me to collect a urine sample at home when they're unable to in clinic as professionals? It's discouraging how many months I've spent dealing with this and often receiving vague, inconclusive explanations or plans of care. Communications are poor amongst the team. They either don't document or coordinate well as I find myself explaining the same things over again to multiple people over the phone or during visits. They charge me for extra costs. For example, today (Saturday) we agreed to order a transdermal medication (was unable to give me an estimate) but they cannot until Monday so they said they would give me some extra pills of amitriptyline since I ran out at home. Instead, they gave me a 20 ct rx and charged me nearly $20 for it. Why do I need to pay this when I needed less than 5 pills? Also put my cat on a trial prescription diet which I did not agree to at this time but once they brought it to me, I decided whatever I'll try it. That's another $60. Overall sometimes feels like a waste of my time and money but I'm obviously concerned about my pet's health. Staff is kind and I know they're trying but I come here only due to location proximity and I think it's time to try another clinic.

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE ! BEWARE !!!!!I boarded me and a family members dog here while we were away for a cruise (without service) for 7 days. Heard very nice things about this place and the staff seemed to have their head on straight when we dropped our dogs off. We specifically stated that we were not going to have service so if anything was to happen, they need to reach out to the emergency contact that we had on file. We also specifically mentioned that one of the dogs is not fixed and she does not do well around other dogs so we wanted my dog and my family members dog to stay together. We also mentioned if they get too hyper or seem to be uncomfortable, they have CBD treats in their bag that they could take two treats once a day. Well, two days in to the cruise I reached out to the emergency contact to see if she could call and get an update turns out one of the dogs was very uncomfortable and they claimed that she was aggressive towards them, and other dogs, which she has never been aggressive towards any person in the last six years of us having her of her life…… so it really makes me wonder what they actually do behind the senses. Afterwards, they locked her up in a small kennel and the dog broke a tooth trying to escape and they started her on a whole bunch of antibiotics and a sedative without any consent and they claimed that they were trying to reach out to us when which we stated if they had a problem they needed to reach out to the emergency contact and they never even attempted to reach the emergency contact to make a decision. The lady Caroline was very rude once I finally had service and was able to make contact. Also, some lady name Katie texted me an update about another patient so it just goes to say they don’t know what they’re doing and I would highly recommend staying away from this place.I am updating my review as I see y’all have decided to respond and the first sentence I read was “ you are not a client and have never seen my pets before “ then you go on about a story you’d like the internet to see about the boarding time I was indeed a client…… LOL ! The rest of what you said was completely irrelevant so at this point there’s nothing to do. Also we decided to board at y’all’s hospital because of the good things we’ve heard and we had another friend that was on the cruise with us that boarded her dog there as well. Y’all started her on some antibiotics and made her pay for it as well without going over everything also. You NEVER attempted to reach out to the emergency contact we have proof. PEOPLE BEWARE !!! Go somewhere else if you actually care for your pet.

Excellent customer service and care for my pups. I highly recommend this facility for veterinary services and boarding (I’ve used both and my dogs tell me great things from their experiences on the inside).
