I generally don’t have issues here except this time when it might be the stupidest, most annoying problem they could’ve given me… My prescription requires me to show my ID, and they like to put it in the bag with the prescription, but they literally stapled my license in the bag??? How carelessly annoying and comical because now I have to get a new license a week before I’m traveling.

During my visit to the location to check in my prescription, I encountered exceptionally rude customer service. As I approached the window, the young lady in the picture was short and dismissive. When I inquired about the cost of my prescription, her only response was, “It’s very expensive.” I repeated my question about the amount, but she repeated the same line. I clarified that it was not a dollar amount. Subsequently, I requested a supervisor or manager, but she informed me that he was busy. I politely informed her that I would wait. However, she never informed him that I needed assistance and did not attempt to get a person of authority.
Meanwhile, the second lady approached me, but she stopped her and ignored me. Furthermore, she turned her name tag around so that I would not write down either name. I stood there for 15 minutes without receiving any assistance from anyone. Finally, I managed to get the attention of the gentleman, and he provided me with the necessary assistance.

Have always been a solid supporter of HEB and now I am for their Pharmacy as well. Great service and they always take the time to check for the best price even without asking.

I recently moved to this part of town and decided to give this HEB pharmacy a try. I’m glad I did. Mason, Justin and Tara have all patiently helped to get my prescriptions filled in a timely manner while finding the least expensive way to pay for the ones my insurance doesn’t cover. I believe this is how all pharmacy’s should do business and I will be sticking with them.

We have been with HEB Pharmacy for about eight months now, and I can say that this pharmacy is better than our previous one, Walgreen. The customer service here is good—there are a couple of people who make things easy for you and help with your pickup or drop-off as smoothly as possible. I have had issues with prescription charges, but the pharmacy has always corrected them. We have run into situations where our medications took longer than expected, but overall, all other medications have been on time.

Worst pharmacy we have used. Takes forever to fill prescriptions. We are told numerous times they are working on it and most of the time it isn’t even started once we check back. Staff is not personable at all. We came from using CVS which we enjoyed very much. This is not an isolated incident. It is every single time we have something filled. Most recently we were waiting and they did not even notify us that the prescription was filled until we asked after waiting an excess of 30 minutes for eye drops.

This pharmacy has always given me problems with insurance and discounts..dealing with upper respiratory infection..was prescribed multiple medications and the amoxicillin which I really needed IS STILL NOT HERE..no call no text just an apology which won't cure myself or my son..don't come here folks!

While you’re there make sure to tell them to take you off their dumb automated phone call list, so you don’t get calls from a stupid robot that reads you ads. Whoever thought that up should serve jail time.
