Horrible storre. Extremely rude employees. Would not me to pay through goohle pay and said 2 bad. Avoid this store al all costs. They do nor care about there customers. Horrible store. They should be shut down. Food that is expired, old and I even fond oarnges with mold on them. Nor ro mention all the expires fruit and protein bars.

HEB is my to go store. The staff are ok and cashiers are all mainly students are very young adults. They are just trying to make a life for themselves and generate a financial income. Work with them pls

Didn’t have to wait long, but also didn’t go during peak hours. Staff was super nice and verified my special instructions before I walked off! (Easy cap is the way to go!!!)

Armando at curbside pick up was very careful with my groceries. He personally handed me my bread and eggs and continued to load up the rest of our groceries. Super friendly!!

My review goes for the pharmacy. I went to pick up my prescription today and Maria helped me did not even greet me. It wasn't busy. I was the only car in the drive thru. So we can't blame it to being busy. I ask her to change my name and she rudely asked me how to spell it after I got my prescription I said, thank you I never heard her say thank you have a good day or whatsoever. And mind you she is chewing a gum totally unprofessional and I've never been treated poorly by the pharmacy crew before. what kind of customer service this pharmacy is practicing. ? I work for Customer Service too and I never act like that even if the Customer was not very nice. Maybe she need some customer service training but the rest assured, I will never come back to the pharmacy again.

3 stars is due to crawfish.While the store always has product The crawfish the store cooks was not cleaned properly. Not cool at all. Good flavor but who wants to chew on grit when trying to enjoy the wonderful crawfish tail. Please clean the crawfish before cooking for the customers. If your gonna do it than do it write

Great pharmacy service at the Circle Oak Pk, Richmond, Tx. Pharmacy. My only complaint is I hv requested to ALWAYS GET “EASY OPEN” BOTTLES. In This morning’s delivery the 2 Perscription bottles were hard to open. One was so hard, I had to get my son to open it. When I tried to call the pharmacy to make sure that info is on my information, I kept getting a recording saying everyone was busy & to call back. 1st time Iv ever had that happen. After “3” tries I gave up.I’m a Loyal Customer & sure don’t like NOT being able to talk to someone, even if put on HOLD for a bit.Rebecca Barnett

There is an employee at this location either named Ron or rod. He is an older gentle man with glasses and a beard I think. He is so genuine and kind. Someone who is always smiling and up lifting others it's very refreshing to know we have good people in this world like him self and I wish there were more. Plus he also works very hard at his job. All around wonderful person and employee.

This is a smaller version of the great Post Oak location. The store is kept clean always. Stock can run low at times ie. Canned tomatoes, pasta, English muffins, bananas have been the routine items for me on a busy weekend or before a holiday. Love the meat and seafood department. For more choice, I shop Kroger

First time I've ever gone here and had someone be so extremely rude was tonight. Normally, this location doesn't stock a variety of healthy options and more frequently than ever is out of the healthier options they used to at least sometimes stock. Other than that, my main complaint is the people they're hiring. I'm well aware it's harder and harder to find good workers, but tonight was a reminder of why the generation of teens/twenty something guys are so terrible. I'm not sure if it's lack of social skills or improper training, but tonight at 8:15, whoever was working self check out was beyond rude. I almost asked his name just specifically to put him on blast, but I figure if management looks at this, you'll know. I had an issue with the scale where the bags are and waited for him to finish his conversation with another employee. When he saw me and came over I said "hi!" He wouldn't even look at me and when he was finished, I said "thank you!" and he immediately walked away and completely ignored me. Didn't say a single word to me throughout the encounter. I guess it just seems like something I'd want to know if it were someone working with/for me if I were in a customer service based business. It really bothers me. I'm not an old woman who's silly and expects a "yes ma'am", but to be acknowledged would be really nice and at least make you feel like a human being.Ive grown up here in Texas and had HEB since I was a kid, but have always known that heb takes pride in their customer service and people that work for them, but geez the people they're hiring here are seriously lacking. On top of all this, the stock lacks so much stock these days.

Sadly, we don't have HEB out in LA. Wish we did though. This store was very clean and well kept. I can find just about anything I need in here. I really like HEB's brand of sugar free diet cola (better than coke zero sugar imo)
