Love this HEB!
Edit: I no longer love this HEB! For the last year plus this store is chronically understocked! I placed one of my weekly Shipt orders and yet again many of the items I requested were out of stock. I ordered approximately 20 items and 13 were unavailable and in several cases my backup items were also out of stock. We're talking about basic items too... on a Tuesday at 3pm, no less. So, it's not like it's a weekend or at 5 or 6pm either. Items like green leaf lettuce, and my backup, the organic version, and since my shopper texted me, I asked about red leaf lettuce too... nope! Romain hearts and iceberg was all they had. They're frequently out of other types of lettuce, this is very common... so it's not like they're learning and adjusting to what their customers want or frequently running out of and ordering larger quantities either. They were out of buttermilk biscuits and taco sauce... in TEXAS?!?! Please, be so for real rn!

I ordered a coffee maker for curbside pickup. After picking the order went home and saw the item completely broken, parts falling apart. Immediately went to store to return the item. I saw the same item in store, when I tried to exchange the item, they charged the same item for $15 more. When I asked the cashier, both are same item why don't you give me for the same price she refused. I returned my item and got my money back. Beware of online order in this store. They are selling broken item, luring customers with coupons.

This is my favorite grocery store! They always have plenty of cashiers, the store is clean and I never find expired food on the shelves like the K grocery store.

Locking the door that goes through the produce section and forcing customers to go through the door and through checkout aisles is extremely inconvenient. There isn't an opening to walk through that streamlines the shopping process after the entry door is locked. Who wants to be forced to proceed into incoming traffic?

Please be aware.
My bag got stolen from the grocery cart inside the grocery store. There was no security.
After 2 weeks went again for grocery— after paying at the counter, turned to talk to manager about the updates, literally someone sneaked from my side and pulled my cart full of grocery and was walking out, I called out at the right time to give my cart back. There is no check at the exit too.
I won’t go to HEB again.
Be careful everyone.
