Handlebar Cyclery is a local bike shop for sales and service. The entire staff is always willing to go the extra yard to take care of customers, whether for an appointment or a last-second problem. They consistently go the extra yard to satisfy their customers with personalized service. The team is very personable and makes you feel at home, a perk of a local shop you will never get in a larger store. Customers receive friendly, courteous, prompt service and useful advice.
They are very knowledgeable, from the basics to advanced cycling needs and even custom bikes. They are fantastic technicians and great encouragers. Customers can always count on them to keep bikes in top condition. They give the bike a thorough check and an upfront quote for any work. Communication from the store is always great. The shop is well stocked with everything you might possibly need.
They support local communities and cycling events. Saturday group rides from the shop are a well-organized plus with fun and friendly cyclists. Many have been coming for over ten years and highly recommend the shop for all cycling needs.
Excellent bike shop. Walked in with a flat tire...fixed it and installed a drink holder on my 26 inch cruiser in less than 30 minutes. Will continue to do business with them for sure
