I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an extremely unprofessional and hostile experience I had at Hobby Lobby. A woman named Ozlem, who appeared to be in her 60s, followed my friends and me throughout the entire store while we shopped without cause. She repeatedly threatened to have us kicked out, despite the fact that we are regular shoppers and had no intention of doing anything inappropriate.
Her behavior was intimidating, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. She continued to follow us all the way to the register, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As we were leaving, she told us we were not allowed to come back. This was both humiliating and unjustified.
