Horrible customer service and don’t know how to talk to customers!

This is my second time at this nails salon and the service is poor. I had a pedicure and shellac. The white nail polish looks uneven and it looks like a mess. I will not be returning. I can see a lot of dead skin underneath my feet. This was not worth paying $43 including tip.

Walked in one day for advertised special on window Mon-Thursday 20% before 4:pm .. spoke with woman at counter, gave me a price of service I wanted, she said come back tomorrow since it was after 4 PM..
I went back next day before 3pm..there was no sign on window! Staff was different & no one knew the woman from the day before.. the man in shop said no discount! No idea who the staff was.
I do no recommend this image Nail Location!!

$60 Total service with $5 tip. Manicure with Shellac for me &
a pedicure for a 12 yo, Regular polish
I could eat the cost, but here is my issue. Not from Houston. Drove up for 4th of July weekend. Decided to stop at a random shop, requesting above services. They eagerly sat us down. Not too busy, so I was relieved. Asked for manicure with shellac polish. Grandbaby got a pedicure. The manicure was indeed quick. Cold water to soak cuticle skin. No soap in water to soften cuticles. I have natural curve shape, but be filed anyway. Next, being serviced, my Granddaughter was done. The fastest pedicure ever! Although, I appreciate efficiency, this was the one time I wanted a little pampering. Once he finished, polishing, which he did well, he asked if I wanted lotion massage. I did until I didn’t. He seemed anxious or maybe I'm over analyzing. Maybe super speed service is what they do in Houston, but the dead skin thats still attached to my thumb is not what $30 should look. Anyway, this was a random stop. Maybe your visit will be better.

The picture on the right is what we showed the nail tech. He looked at the picture stated he got it but then started to do her nails and wasn’t going to use yellow at all and he absolutely did not look at the blueberries because what did he even paint on her nail it looks like a flower! This is why people complain about prices. The quality is horrible, she has nails pointing in the air. He cut her fingers in 2 different places. The paint job looks like a kid did it. We will not be returning. This nail salon ruined my daughter’s birthday nails. We paid full price and tipped just to clarify that we were not rude in anyway. I do feel like I should have been though. These nails look horrible!!

Worse experience ever and costumer service even worse. They come off to pushy, I’m in sales myself but if a costumer says no respect their answer and give them what they are asking for. Don’t start talking mess about the costumer to your colleagues and laugh to their face cause you know they can’t understand you. Such an upsetting and ugly experience, never returning.

They did a horrible job on my toes they did a Polish I did not ask for and tried to make me pay more they did such a horrible job on me and my grandmothers nails never will I go here again

Horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE! The older man doing pedicures has got to go! Last time I heard someone upset about their toes and now I see why. His pedicures look like my toddler painted my toes. SAVE YOUR $

Fast and efficient. Had to cut them shorter but they grow fast. Service was good I don’t really go to nail salons to chit chat so it’s Kool if you’re not a talker. I just need a peace of mind and me (time) over all services a B+

Terrible customer service, I think they racist and they whisper about the other workers in their language. Go to Executive Nails done the way they are GREAT!!!

Sadly, I will no longer recommend Image Nails. I walked in at almost 11am and was given immediate service. The only catch was that I was given terrible service. I got a pedicure and it was the worst I have ever had. The man who gave my pedicure RUSHED all steps; even used a nail brush ALL OVER my TOES which HURT. He massaged my legs but did not bother to lift my feet to massage them. I left there feeling man-handled and upset rather than relaxed from a nice pedicure.

I asked for a pink & white french tip. He really thought he was going to paint on the white tip with white out. I told him No & just got the beige pink nails. We both go to the register & he’s looking over like he’s getting a tip. Nope.
