Do NOT go to this location. They are ALL rude especially Elizabeth and Madoline. They refused to do my return and give me my money because I didn’t have a receipt, even though my transaction was shown under my profile and it was under the last 30 days. I went to Morton Ranch James Avery, and they gladly processed my return without a receipt and with great customer service and hospitality, with zero attitude. Elizabeth had the nerve to have a smirk on her face when I confronted her about her rude and unprofessional behavior.

’m very disappointed with James Avery. I brought in 5 items for cleaning along with 3 charms to be cleaned and added to a bracelet. When I picked them up, everything looked dirty and had a yellow tint. Even the charms had visible yellow spots. This was not the quality I expected, and I’m very unhappy with the service.
Not sure if it was error on however did them or they just not care anymore. Here’s a pic of one of them didn’t feel like taking a bunch of pics. Picked up 09/29.

Oh i just LOVE James Avery Jewelry! Ive been buying since the 1970s & my Mom before that! I wear just a few of my JA rings, as you can see by my photos!
This particular store has THE BEST employees! They are always smilin… well, i would too, if i was working at JA!!

This place is brand new, has more things than the one on fry road. All of James Avery's places are great, fantastic. If you love silver, that's the places to go so him. My whole family loves that stuff. We got charm bracelets, rings necklaces, earrings pendants. Highly recommended great christmas gifts.Get him a charm bracelet every year.Get him a new charm. Highly recommended.

Tuesday I came looking to buy a bracelet and charm for my mom as an early Christmas present and when Rona assisted us, she was/is very kind and helped find the bracelet I had seen on display and was able to have the charm attached to the bracelet the same day. Truly appreciate her for going the extra mile! If you are coming in to buy anything, ask for Rona.
