I will definitely agree with a Chisom Okories review that she made 8 months ago. As a black women I received the same rude and careless treatment that she spoke about & I have countless James Avery pieces. Will not be returning here even though it’s the most convenient location for me. Also when I received my rings back there was pink residue left in the crevices. If I wanted to do something half a** I would’ve done it at home.

I have been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks now. I have to tell you how incredible the service was I received from James Avery Bella Terra. The women in there took care of me like I was family. I spoke to at least three different women on separate occasions and each one of them were so genuinely kind. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I could not have asked for better service!

Completely empty store on a weekday afternoon, and the two older women present at the front didn’t even bother to acknowledge me beyond glancing in my direction when I walked in and waited at the counter. I had made a previous large purchase at another location, and needed assistance with charms for a gift bracelet and polishing for a pair of rings. Definitely will not be back for any kind servicing or purchases at this location.

On the website it shows that they open at 9am. It's is 9:18am and they are still closed. There are workers in the store. TIME IS MONEY.

I’ve visited this location twice in the last week. As I returned to the store today for my scheduled pickup, I was NOT greeted, none of the staff made an effort to assist me, and I stood at the pickup counter waiting to be helped where an employee made eye contact with me then walked away. I stood patiently while I waited for her to complete her task….which was nothing. And as I stood there, another client was being helped beside me. The employee, who initially walked away, seemed more interested in listening to their conversation rather than assisting me until I inquired about my order. Throughout the time she assisted me she never made eye contact and when she wrapped up with my order she placed my receipt on the counter rather than putting it in my hand. As an African American woman, I found it disrespectful to be treated in that manner especially because I was respectful of everyone in the store. As often as I am a customer here, it surprised me that I was treated in this way. I hope there can be some staff training on how to treat ALL your customers with respect.

Jennifer is the most patient and amazing worker. My friend was traveling and she helped set everything up right away even though the place was going to close. Want to cry of gratitude. Thank you Jennifer.

Usually have pleasant experience here but Vicki who took care of my return was very rude and to top it off after paying she just handed over my bag tucked the receipt inside and did not say a word. That is poor customer service.

We have always had an amazing experience here. I've read some negative reviews but I have always been happy here. Everyone is polite and helpful and the selection is great. I have bought stuff for myself, my daughters and my wife. We were recently helped by Vicki and it was a great experience. We will definitely be back!

I have shopped at my fair share of other locations within the company from Memorial City, Katy and College Station to name a few, but the Bella Terra location is my favorite for numerous reasons! The staff is always welcoming from the moment I walk in the door and help assist me with any questions I have or advise me when I can’t figure out what exactly to get my wife. Madelon, the manager is constantly goes above and beyond to help make my experience the best and she is the reason I stopped going to Katy and followed her to her new location. They take such pride in their store, their products, but most importantly taking care of their customers! I will always be back to Bella Terra store and would highly recommend asking for Madelon to assist you on your next shopping trip!

Horrible. They told me that I didn't have to pay to get something fixed then when I came back they charged me. Then the lady stated well the fixing and the peal was more than you are actually paying. Like that's an excuse or for me to feel better or maybe guilty. Which I paid but no reason to say that.

Wonderful experience with Associate/ Caroline. She was so friendly and well informed about the stores products. We purchased a new charm and had old charms plus the new one added to a new charm bracelet.
