I am very pleased with the expert care and customer service I received while having my car repaired. Omar was amazing and treated me with respect. He showed me the parts that were being replaced. I highly recommend you bring your car to be serviced.

This auto shop is very professional and the prices reasonable. Omar especially was a huge help in fixing my car and explaining why it needed to be fixed. Overall, fixing my car was very efficient and would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, I found this shop to be of poor quality and low professionalism.
1) My car ran when I brought it in. When I picked it up, it couldn’t run.
2) I had to take my car to another shop to fix/validate the issues caused here; this cost hundreds of dollars. After service, this shop would not provide a written copy of critical data, such as work performed.
3) The mechanic tried to claim that a $1000+ part had broken in the 24 hours that my car had been in the shop’s possession. The other shop found this claim to be false.
4) The mechanic made me uncomfortable by making several flirtatious comments about my clothing.
Based upon my experiences, I expect the shop will respond to this review trying to deny these facts.
However, I have no reason to take the time write/post this other than to help prevent this from happening to others.
