Very impressed about how knowledgeable and passionate Jason is about fitness. And even more impressed with how creative his workouts were. I am definitely a fan of KOKORO Warrior Fitness. I feel like the fitness scene is saturated with hundreds of ""trainers". The difference here is there is real conversation about current state of the individual phyicalls and mentally and a gap analysis on what your initial goals are. Jason mapped a plan that would work for my schedule.The absolute best part is the accountability they offer for each client. If you are looking for a team to work with you full scale benefits of fitness, health awareness, dietary needs, and more, this is the team for you.

As a newbie to strength training and weight lifting, I feel like this is a great place to learn and get in shape. Jason is patient and encouraging. The atmosphere is fun and motivating! Glad I found Kokoro!

I work with Jason 3 days a week a couple of years ago and he was a beast. I would cry because my workouts were so intestine but it was worth it.
