I have been coming to this store for 3 years now, and I loved it at first, but don't let that fool you. I am a Hispanic man, and I was given the job to clean their floors, can you believe that? AND all I was doing was shopping... I couldn't believe it, I was baffled to say the least. It was very clear that their motive was to be racist to me, and offend me with such disgusting words. I went home that day, and I cried. Men can cry, okay? Anyways, I would not recommend going here AT ALL!!!! Not only are they racist, but the staff is horrible, they always have an attitude, and they are wayyyyy too touchy with customers. I felt very uncomfortable. The food is also low quality, on the verge of creating another limb bc of how moldy ts is. Save yourself a trip from the hospital and don't eat any products from here. Thank you for ur time and I really hope you take my advice and stay away. SHUT THIS STORE DOWNNNNNNUUHHH!!!! :P

Many years as a Kroger customer, it used to be my favorite store. At this moment, considering and shopping some other grocery stores in the neighborhood. Quality, variety, prices among others make a difference when going to get provisions to prepare and serve your family and friends. Most of all, it is important Customer Service. Sometimes I needed to visit the CS booth, usually nice people attending with a smile and friendly kind way to serve the public but in particular I have tried with an attendant for years.... Not anymore. I hope that Kroger care about his customers and perhaps do something about her attitude toward the public. Also, I would like to recommend Kroger to have a more intense pest control service. As a customer I understand issues about pantry moth but most is Kroger who needs to address the issue in their stores. Many times flying moths closed by you when shopping. I got tired of thinking like it was a pantry issue at home when it is coming from the grocery store. Thank you Kroger for so many years of service, beautiful employees and moments but your attendant in customer service booth got to my patience. Good luck!

This was previously my preferred store. There is another store a mile from my house, but I chose to come to this location because of the cleanliness and variety of products. However, the customer service from the customer service desk is atrocious! I was spoken disrespectfully over the phone by a manager until I let him know that I was disabled, then the conversation was more pleasant. However, when I followed his directions, and called back to pick up an item that had been missing, the lady that answered refused to listen to me, and in the middle of my sentence, she transferred me to someone I had already spoken to. Do better Kroger!

Everything at this particular location is always done so efficiently and professionally with customer service at the forefront of the whole experience. The manager Jarvis really took his time to resolve my customer service issue to the point where I will be a returning customer for years to come. I am proud to be a Kroger shopper.

We drive past 2 nearby Kroger stores to come to this one and today I had a great example of why. There is a special going on where card members get a free turkey if they spend over 100.00. We knew about the special but we have already bought 2 turkeys and do not have freezer space for a third. The lady in front of us spent over 100.00 and the cashier told her about the special and went and got a turkey from the cart of turkey located at the front of the store. When it was our turn to checkout and our total was over 100.00 she also offered to get us one. I just think this is a shining example of "over and above" good customer service!

I spoke to a very rude person at the Walgreens pharmacy in Waterside. I called Kroger with my questions and spoke to a very polite, helpful woman. It was a complete 180 and I'm so thankful for her help. Dealing with a sick son and a upcoming funeral is very stressful so a little kindness went a long way. Thank Kroger pharmacist.

This has been my go-to store. And it turns out, in the evening after around 6 pm or so, produce section will be almost out of stock almost always. I can understand not restocking after late night, however, why so early evening when many people just get off work. Otherwise decent neighborhood store with drive-up option too. I've never tried drive-up so no comments on this. They have a decent bakery section too.

Majority of the times the produce is very low in stock, and the ones left are almost close to rotten. Staff is very very short, if you ho there after 8:00pm there is no Organic milk or Plain Yogurt in shelf, and nobody there to help you, if you go to counter and ask for help, the person says, if its not shelved the. We are put of stock, but most of the times it is there but in the back and few good employees went back to grab me milk and Yogurt. Kroger Management should install help button on very back near milk and also in each aisle . And please hire people

This Kroger used to be a very nice, clean store. It's now sort of blah.My biggest complaint is this one cancerous, bitter woman who works the customer service counter. She's rude, nasty and never smiles or gives two craps about her job. I've complained about her before but management doesn't seem to care. If it wasn't for Cedric I'd be shopping at HEB.

BYERS BEWAREI'm fuming, this is the 2nd time this has been pulled on me! I order pickup early in the morning today and set myself up for a 5-6 pm pick up. As I'm driving in traffic they called me 15 mins before pick up yo alert me they won't now have it available tell tomorrow. I said nope not again. So I pulled up to my spot and raised hell to manager assistant says a hour plus wait I say nope I expect it in 30 mins. I'm sitting here as I'm waiting watching the clock. How can one get a alert for substitute items at 3.45 but now no order tell tomorrow or a courtesy call hours before I'm driving in traffic. Happens once before I had to wait 2 hours plus to find out drom a manager her associates were goofing off in back. Have a feeling this happened again! I'm waiting watching the clock never again will I trust this system at this store!
