This was previously my preferred store. There is another store a mile from my house, but I chose to come to this location because of the cleanliness and variety of products. However, the customer service from the customer service desk is atrocious! I was spoken disrespectfully over the phone by a manager until I let him know that I was disabled, then the conversation was more pleasant. However, when I followed his directions, and called back to pick up an item that had been missing, the lady that answered refused to listen to me, and in the middle of my sentence, she transferred me to someone I had already spoken to. Do better Kroger!

Everything at this particular location is always done so efficiently and professionally with customer service at the forefront of the whole experience. The manager Jarvis really took his time to resolve my customer service issue to the point where I will be a returning customer for years to come. I am proud to be a Kroger shopper.

This is for the management. This management needs to figure out why the basic Antibiotics for kids is out of stock. It’s not a national outage, the HEB and CVS both for it. This happened 4 times in 2 months and every time the excuse was “we are out of stock”. I finally changed my Rx permanently to HEB and never had an issue.

We drive past 2 nearby Kroger stores to come to this one and today I had a great example of why. There is a special going on where card members get a free turkey if they spend over 100.00. We knew about the special but we have already bought 2 turkeys and do not have freezer space for a third. The lady in front of us spent over 100.00 and the cashier told her about the special and went and got a turkey from the cart of turkey located at the front of the store. When it was our turn to checkout and our total was over 100.00 she also offered to get us one. I just think this is a shining example of "over and above" good customer service!

I spoke to a very rude person at the Walgreens pharmacy in Waterside. I called Kroger with my questions and spoke to a very polite, helpful woman. It was a complete 180 and I'm so thankful for her help. Dealing with a sick son and a upcoming funeral is very stressful so a little kindness went a long way. Thank Kroger pharmacist.

This has been my go-to store. And it turns out, in the evening after around 6 pm or so, produce section will be almost out of stock almost always. I can understand not restocking after late night, however, why so early evening when many people just get off work. Otherwise decent neighborhood store with drive-up option too. I've never tried drive-up so no comments on this. They have a decent bakery section too.

Majority of the times the produce is very low in stock, and the ones left are almost close to rotten. Staff is very very short, if you ho there after 8:00pm there is no Organic milk or Plain Yogurt in shelf, and nobody there to help you, if you go to counter and ask for help, the person says, if its not shelved the. We are put of stock, but most of the times it is there but in the back and few good employees went back to grab me milk and Yogurt. Kroger Management should install help button on very back near milk and also in each aisle . And please hire people

Definitely felt like I was an inconvenience at this pharmacy. I just got my wisdom teeth removed & the dentist accidentally called my prescription into the wrong pharmacy. Arriving to the pharmacy, Im clearly uncomfortable & the staff seemed so bothered by me. As my dentist was fixing the mistake over the phone with the pharmacy, the pharmacist told me to move when there was literally no one behind me. I felt like I was in the way & I was just trying to figure out how to get my prescription while my mouth was swollen. Thank God for Sadia ( I think I spelled that wrong) but luckily she got my prescription & made me feel seen & important rather than another person coming through the drive thru. I appreciate her so much right now.

Terrible job. Always extra pay and if call for status, held for 20-30 min and they hang up, thus wasted my time. Most pharmacy are not this bad.

This Kroger used to be a very nice, clean store. It's now sort of blah. My biggest complaint is this one cancerous, bitter woman who works the customer service counter. She's rude, nasty and never smiles or gives two craps about her job. I've complained about her before but management doesn't seem to care. If it wasn't for Cedric I'd be shopping at HEB.

Where can I start? This place used to be good. But nowadays it is a poorly looked after grocery store frequently under stocked with common items, even pre-pandemic. They started to close one of the doors with a sign that said that door was closed for your safety. After a while they open the door back up and had a sign that said that door would start being closed at 8 PM. Now it seems they just close it and lock it whenever they feel like it. Most of the time that door is now locked and closed by 7 PM no sign up or anything to indicate that it's closed so if you park on that side of the parking lot and try to go in those doors you're screwed. On a good day they MIGHT have 2 cashiers working, but most of the time only 1. And only 1 set of self checkout lanes operating! Are you kidding me? I've seen lines for the 1 cashier and the self checkout back up way into the food aisles. Additionally, they recently added automatic gates at the doors to force everyone who is leaving to go through the checkout lanes. You see these in stores in sketchy neighborhoods, but this isn't a sketchy neighborhood. What this communicates to me as a customer is that "we think you're probably going to try to steal something". Way to make your customers feel valued. Try to avoid this place and go to H‑E‑B instead. They'll have plenty of what you're looking for and you won't feel like a criminal when you shop there.
