Racial profiling at its finest. There was an item listed for one price, and I took a picture of the entire display. Marvin literally caused a whole scene calling people from other departments just to to prove what I had in hand. They have more than one display with multiple prices apparently. So I paid for it because of the utter humiliation. I have never been treated so poorly as a cash paying customer. Yet other minorities he treated exceptionally. Also, stop buying vegetables from here! They are always swarming with nats and flies! I will not be back to ghetto establishment!

Came in last minute for my daughter’s birthday cake and the Bakery Manager Matthew was kind & considerate & went out of his way to help me out & did a quick custom cake for my daughter! Again Matthew thank you so much!!! We love it!!!

This is my local Kroger grocery store that I visit at least once a week. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Miss Gwen (aka Mama Gwen as I call her) has been the best! Gwen has gone above and beyond for myself and my husband, she knows us by our names and that’s very hard to find these days. I look forward to seeing her when I run to Kroger for something I need, along with all the other friendly staff at this location.

I just very recently relocated to this area. The first few times a shopped at this location on 1446 most employees were very friendly. Here lately within the last month are so there's been a few occasions when I was about to check out and I've gotten rude attitudes from some of the employees avoiding me when I needed help at the self checkout counted or just dirty looks of disgust. I'm not sure which place it was coming from but it's happened again and again each time I've gone in the passed week. It's disheartening because the location is quite convenient for me because I'm in the Mission Bend neighborhood just in the other side if the Westpark tollway a D it would be a bit bit of an inconvenience to travel farmer. I've let it go far to many times. On my next visit if it happens again I'm reporting it to a district manager. I want to make it clear that it's only been a few individuals that work at that location, most all other employees have been accommodating. Thanks

Kroger is my favorite market store. They have just about everything I like, it’s clean and the employees are friendly. The Pharmacy Department all you do is place your prescription by calling or online and they will have it done as soon as possible.
I had a taste for old school Cracker Jack’s. I knew Kroger carry them. So, I knew they would be on row 6. I searched and searched, but couldn’t find them. I asked the manager JC and Sharon if they had Cracker Jacks? It took Sharon just one trip down row 6 to find the Cracker Jacks. Thank you Sharon for helping me.

Just tried to cash a simple check but wasn't able to for some reason. So I had to drive down the street so they could take more money out my check. Definitely inconvenienced

I just go here if I need something and don’t want to drive too far but Kroger is an expansive store I give it 3 stars because it is expensive

Store is always well stocked and easy to shop. Rarely a long wait at the checkout and a good selection of items.
