The African american lady at the front desk was absolutely the most rude person I’ve ever encountered. I was also charged for a $200 food allergy blood test and it’s been two weeks and no results!!! I’m fine with paying but I have not received the results on my account nor have my doctor received the results and it’s impossible to get to a person on the phone. All automated messages. As a person with a busy schedule, it is hard enough to look after my health as it is. After all these appointments and blood drawn, I get no results due to the failure of this labcorp location!!! Guess I would have to file a charge back soon. Why does lab corp hire such incompetent workers?

Ms. Spencer was really patient, kind and so helpful! I watched her take care of my extra fearful pre-teen (doesn't like needles) with so much poise and professionalism that the kid was instantly calmed once she began drawing. The staff was very nice and personable with everyone.

Our 1st visit to this location. My wife had an appointment for a blood test. We got there 15 min before the test as instructed. The staff was very friendly and the test was completed as scheduled. Couldn't ask for more !
The appointment process works well.

I was leery of this Labcorp location due to previous reviews, but I had a great experience. Easy to find the building and the office. Check-in was quick and easy via a kiosk in the office. I arrived early and they had an earlier appt time available, so I used it. The tech was delightful and held a lovely conversation with me. All around a great experience. Will be back again.

Had me waiting over an hour for a routine lab work. When I finally did get called, the front lady was extremely rude. The entire hour I could hear employees watching videos on their phones. No concern for the patients what so ever!

Customer service was great. Erica is very nice and polite. I witnessed a customer being so rude to her, she handled it well. Great customer service

Deserves zero stars!! Front desk clerk looks unhappy to be at work, very unapproachable!! They moving slow as hell with no care in the world, while there’s 10 people waiting in the lobby. Every Labcorp I have been too has been the same customer service, slow and rude!! Where do they hire these people??? Ridiculous that I have enough time to write a review while I’m waiting to be seen. I can hear them in the back laughing and joking around while people are waiting for service. Next time a job tries to send me to a Lab Corp I will prefer to pay out of pocket at the urgent care across the street from me!! Never again!!

Front desk clerk/phlebotomist Melissa has no Interpersonal relationships skills. She is very dry and snappy.
