I had a remarkable experience at Mattress Firm -Longmeadow Farms-7417 W Grand Parkway SRichmond, TX. The manager Juan was truly a sleep expert in service for the people. He was kind and had a pleasant demeanor as he took his time and explained the differences between the mattresses. I also felt he was very knowledgeable because he further explained to me the science involved in sleeping a certain way in an adjustable mattress.In my summation, it wasn’t about the sale with him as much as it was about showing professionalism, making sure the customer has a great/memorable experience, conveying customer service, and he having the intuition to know the rest would always follow. Needless to say, I went back to the store a second time to make a purchase I was more than pleased with. I would say, 60% of the reason I returned was because of the solid customer service from Juan because let’s be honest, I can also get a mattress somewhere else. Therefore, I recommend Mattress Firm to anybody who’s looking for a mattress and an adjustable base, especially now when there’s a sale going on.

Kenneth was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and gave us answers before we ever a knew what we needed to know! We are more than happy with our purchase and Kenneth!!!

Stopped in to buy a mattress for our guest room platform bed. The gentleman who helped us was polite and informative on our options. We didn’t feel like we were being upsold or pressured at all.We were in and out in under 10 minutes with delivery scheduled for tomorrow - an easy experience!

It's was Great. Dealing with Jason and trying out different mattresses was great mainly because he can Empathize with my Previous Amerisleep mattress. The time there was not Pushy and great convos during the purchase. Coming back won't be an Issue.

Let me just keep it short by saying that Dave was a real blessing when I went into the mattress firm and Long Meadow Farms yesterday. I was having a few snags and he was able to smooth everything out much to my satisfaction. Thanks dave!

Dave Wilson was a great help very attentive as soon as we walked in. We told him what we wanted and he pointed us in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable on all products and sold us on what’s best for us and not so much what he wanted! Was not pushy and was very kind! I will be buying the rest of my mattresses from Mr Wilson!

We really liked Val and appreciated her being focused on what we wanted to know and quickly directed us to the perfect mattress. Very easy, low pressure process and we enjoyed trying out the magnificent Infinity chair while we were there.

We had an extremely pleasant experience at this mattress firm location. Val was amazing and educated us on sleep and mattresses. We came in for one mattress and we left ordering two mattresses along with accessories. The customer service and professionalism with Val was amazing!
