Horrible!!!!! I will admit this is my first time ordering a delivery order from Michael’s. I typically would just go in and get whatever it is I needed. Due to an injury to my shoulder I thought it would be easier to just get it delivered. But man If I didn’t have to leave one star to review I wouldn’t. I placed an order at 2:08 pm. Realized oops I chose the wrong store. I attempted to cancel it online. But was directed to call the location. Called from 2:27 pm to 2:37 pm. No one answered the first 3 calls. The 4th call someone picked the phone up and hung up. Then I called back. Someone answered and said “the location of the store. No name or anything. Very dry” I proceed to politely tell her why I’m calling. She places immediately tells me they can not cancel orders in the store and that i may have to do it online. I explained I looked at that option and was prompted to call the location. She places me on hold asked my last name and says “okay I will cancel it and you should receive an email.” Typically they ask why you’re cancelling. Or other questions to confirm. Order number for explain to make sure. I’m sure I’m not the only person with my last name in the world. Then she hung up. I called back because I would like some sort of confirmation she’s cancelling the correct order, because I would hate for someone else’s order to be canceled accidentally.So I decide I am not really sure I trust that. So I drive there.. 34 mins to this location. When I walk in the young lady whose name I did not get greets me. I explain I’d like to speak to a manager. She looks over at the manager who’s helping someone. I said oh is that her. She says yes.. I kindly move over to the side out of the way of any other customers who are trying to check out and politely wait. Instead asking me how can she help me.l she proceeds to whisper and mumble to the first young lady “what is it.. what does she want” and she tells her.. she comes to me and BEFORE checking to see if she can locate my order she tells me usually deliver orders are picked up right away and pretty quickly so it may already be out for delivery. She gets my name and no one can locate the order. Everyone who she calls over to helps is giving me general responses and not ACTUALLY looking for my order. Someone tells her to call customer care.. so I leave the store after this because she tells me it has been cancelled. I am standing right there with her as they ask for the order number and confirmed my name which the other young lady did not and that confirmed I was not told the truth on the previous call. So I leave and go to another location closer to my home. Do a pick up order, I’m under the impression that the order has been cancelled and all is well. I get home maybe 8 pm… I get a call from an instacart person attempting to pick up the very order I was told.. hours ago .. was cancelled. The lady was very very very polite but and understanding that explained I talked to 4 to 5 people today regarding this order even Harold C from customer care. I get on my app to see the tree I picked up was canceled and not the tree that says delivery. Which was a 40 dollar order ..and not the 27 dollars I was refunded. I am very very very very very hopeful that a tree is not going to come to my door tomorrow. I will update later today.Have the screenshots of every call.. and the chat conversation that Harold C confirmed the order was cancelled.

You only realize how fortunate you are to have siblings when your taking a dump and theres no toilet paper and your sibling of the opposite gender has to race to the other bathroom in the facility to grab a handful of toilet paper and sneak it beneath the door of the bathroom. Thank god no other male was in the entire building to hear the profanity I was spewing out of anger. Let this be a lesson to all; Do not commit to an act you are unsure if you can complete it.

The selection at this store isn't so great at times. Though, for paints, they are better than hobby lobby for sure.

I did not see as many employees as previous visits in Michael’s stores. I had to go around the store a few times to find everything I was looking for, if I would have ran into an employee it could have saved me a lot of time searching.

Shopping here longer than 20 min will get you looked after as you shop. When asked for a price check, Ebony responded with “I don’t know, can’t see the screen”. I choose this place over hobby lobby to spend my money but could do without the attitudes.

The items are great and the store is well organized, however, am a huge believer in good customer service and I feel like the ball has been dropped the past few times I have come. I feel rushed and I’m not really spoken to much. They also will not remind you to use your coupons so make sure you have them ready. Lastly, it doesn’t seem like anyone knows where anything is or even really cares to help you. Overall, it’s just not a welcoming experience. We will try a different store and see if it’s any better.

Not a good experience shipping UPS package at this location.Kept the package for 2 days till i called ups and ups can't locate the package. Called this store and they took 15 min with back & forth conversation to locate my package (they place the package in different spot than they used to do). My package started its journey after 2 days of sitting on this location after my call. I was about to loose it if not called.
