Mr. Leaks absolutely over exceeded our expectations. I had 2 houses I needed done and full of pet stains and horrible odor. He was able to brighten my carpet colors, clean the stains, remove the odors, and do both house before 3pm. He gave us plenty of suggestions to keep our new home looking fresh for many years and will have a lifetime customer. I highly recommend Mr Leaks

I had a nasty experience with Mr. Leaks, he did a shoddy job for me, agreed t come redo it but never cam. He subsequently blocked my number and never reached out to me again. Do business with him at your own risk!

I have been with Mr Lee for at least 2 years and he’s pretty much done a great job on my carpets. I use him often because I have an in home daycare. Unfortunately and sadly he cut corners on 4 of my cloth chairs and pretended to clean them but the video shows he just vacuumed them, which also leaves lines. I’ve always had video proof but didn’t want to make the situation more awkward than it had to be so I just asked him to re-do the cleanings. It’s been 2 months of excuses and reasons and still no refund or correcting the situation. At this point it’s not about the money it’s the principal and the integrity of the situation. He’s a nice guy but integrity is more important. I will not be reaching out to him again but I wanted him to know that I know what he did. And that I gave him more than enough time to make it right.
