so amazing, charged my battery, and also got me a brand new alternator and i saved 40$ just giving my old one back! Such good customer service, definitely recommend.

Stopped by this place to get a battery replaced. Was told "there is a lot going on here, if it was simple work we could do it but this we cannot do. Went to AutoZone and they replaced it no issues. This was for a civic, nothing special so it seems like laziness. If you are selling batteries maybe you should put in 2 extra minutes to install them as well or hire employees that do the work instead of losing business

This place has horrible customer service. I mean I already know what to expect from most auto parts stores as far as far as poor attitudes and rudeness. I ordered online thinking that by just picking it up how bad could it be but right when you walk in it just goes downhill. I mean its not my fault they hate their life and their families dont love them.

The worst store ever. Terrible service from the manager all the way down. Even the manager is rude. They act like that they are doing you a favor for buying from them. They sell you the wrong things and never have money to refund back. Trying to make you get a gift card for more deserving.
