Had an excellent experience here! The staff was super friendly and they got my car looking brand new in no time. I appreciated the quick service and the attention to detail. Plus, they were even able to accommodate me without an appointment. Highly recommend this place!

Extremely thorough wash and I was very pleased with the end result. Polite employees that are very detail oriented. I wish they were closer so I could take my truck there more often.

Too expensive. They didn’t shampoo my seats right and then gave me the run arounds when I wanted it re-done. I just try to stay local but I will definitely just go to a more professional place in Houston now. They always say they will re-do something then when you speak with management she acts like she forgot.

Would give more stars if i could, stopped by without a appt and they were still able to get my vehicle in and cleaned. The wash and clean job had my wife car looking better than we first bought it. Most definitely will be going back with my personal vehicle and making a rountine to have both my car and wife car cleaned regularly by these guysService: Auto detailing

my truck looked awesome with the "express detail" service. They were fairly thorough, used good products- only complaint is they left a few spots here and there I noticed when I really inspected it. 4 stars because they took longer than the promised time frame, but overall- great value!

The team at Perfect Hands Car Wash provided outstanding service. The work included a full exterior detail on our vehicle as well as a cleaning of the interior. So, I would give them 5 stars if not for this guy who constantly tells me I need an appointment because they are all booked when they aren’t! This was NOT the first time he had done this to me.Today, I drove up early, right when they opened. Said guy asked if I had an appointment as usual and when I said no, he said he was pretty booked all morning until the afternoon. I drove away to run an errand, decided to book an appointment for the next day only to see all, I mean ALL, the morning appointments he claimed were booked were actually available. So I booked a 9:30am appointment at 9:22am, turned right around and went back.This time around, I met Lily who’s an absolutely pleasure to work with. She explained all the packages to me in depth and recommended the right package (this was probably my 4th time here but no one has explained anything to me). Just ask for Lily for a pleasant experience.

I had the basic wash that cost 60$. I was pleased with the job done except they did not vacuum the back part of my Ford Escape. I guess I should have checked before I left . For this price I would expect a better job vacuuming. The workers were nice. They require appointments now but they were able to fit me in. I have used them before and they have always done a good job. So not sure what happened this time.
