I was looking for cat toys and this PetSmart did not have a wide variety and the section was very over picked. I will definitely be sticking to other retailers for cat toys.

Training! I’m kicking myself that I slept on the training classes here for so long. Alex is AMAZING! He’s so knowledgeable and patient with my mini goldendoodle aka a crackhead. She and I have learned so much from his classes, I am so impressed. Don’t make the mistake I made and underestimate……book all of Alex’s classes. You won’t regret it.

Went here looking for a few things for my gecko and was confronted by this older gentleman, Alan, who seemed to be in a hurry. As I was trying to ask questions about a product he tended to trail off in discussion revealing his incompetency in basic animal care. My questions seemed to be aggravating him or he was simply having a bad day as he lacked friendly social skills the employees normally have. Either way, his whole persona was negative making me and my brother uncomfortable. I hope no one else has to experience the treatment we had caused by him.

I bought a bag of Purina dog food from them, took it home, there ended up being meal worms in the food. Took the food back, exchanged it for a different dog food not near the other dog food I originally purchased. Brought it home, a week later started to see meal worms hatch AGAIN. I bought a new container before storing the 2nd bag, so I know that the food is coming contaminated from the store. Took the 2nd bag of food back, associate was nice and gave me my money back and said they would talk to their manager about a possible infestation. This store needs to throw out the food on the shelves, deep clean, and start over. Will not be purchasing dog food from them again. If you look in the photo attached, you can see the meal worms. Do not purchase food from here until they confirm they have fixed the issue. The time that I brought the first bag back, there was another man bringing a bag of food back because he also had bugs in his bag.

I took my white Toy poodle dog for a bath and obviously brushed and they gave him to me terribly!!, ?dirty face in the tear duct and under his mouth, body a dirty white color and as if they bathed him but didn't brush him, terrible !! I asked them (several employees were there listening) if they could bathe him again (even if I had to pay again) and they gave me an explanation but did not accept my suggestion.I want to admit that they cleaned his ears well, but I asked them to give him some powder that they give him and they didn't do it either.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The store is always stocked and clean. I came in today and was greeted by staff and received a great recommendation for cat food. Petsmart is always my go to for great quality products ?

I usually work with Monica who is very informative and gentle with my puppy chow chow Daisy. The first booking I made for my 9 week old puppy was a haircut she informed it is too early to shave her coat because it will not grow back the same. I booked her third booking yesterday and it was with Kaylee. Kaylee was rude and asked if I wanted a hair cut for daisy when I booked a trim. Mind you it was 7:30 AM my very active puppy was fighting to get out of my arms bc she loves attention. I was sleepy and at the time I completely forgot why she did not need a haircut. I told Kaylee multiple times that I wanted what Monica usually does for my baby. After she wouldn't stop talking I finally agreed to a haircut then she tried to show me what Monica does for Daisy. She said she uses some shaver which is inaccurate because I looked at her History of bookings. Monica trims her like the original booking I made..... at that point I was upset. I said ma'am I just want to drop her off and go. Just do what Monica does... she said the check in process usually takes 10 minutes. I said with Monica it usually doesn't. SHE PROCEEDED TO SPEAK POORLY OF HER AND SAY SHE DOES THE CHECK INS WRONG AND WHEN I TRIED TO CUT HER OFF BY SAYING MONICA IS GREAT WITH OUR DOG. SHE CONTINUED!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE ALSO MADE A SLY COMMENT ABOUT MY DOG WHEN I HANDERD HER OVER.... When I went to pick her up I guess she realized she shouldn't have shaved her coat bc she was too young so she gave me free items and a coupon.. my fiancé realized later on why Monica told us not to cut her hair but by that time it was too late. I hope Monica doesn't leave bc I will only book with her from this point. Kaylee you have issues that need to be addressed and instead of wanting to be right and prove the customer wrong .. do your research or listen to the customer.
