Leaving a positive review for a postal plus i Repair business after several changes in ownership now I feel and satisfaction that they will grow.
They offer multiple shipping carriers like USPS, DHL and FedEx. Offering multiple printing options, mailboxes and gadgets repairs too.
Need community support for them to grow.

My husband dropped off a package to be sent out with a prepaid USPS label. The packaged contained a phone that was needing to be returned to ATT. He asked for a receipt and the said they don't give receipts because it doesn't get scanned until USPS picks up. Well the package never arrived at ATT so they charged us.They also show the package never leaving Postal Plus. USPS said each package is scanned by them and if there is no tracking from them it means the package never left the shipper center (postal plus). Went in today and they were absolutely no help, and basically said there's no proof we brought it there, after saying to me that they don’t print receipts for USPS. What proof can I have when they refuse to give receipts?!Lesson learned for us but definitely don't bring your packages or letters here. We have filed a police report and will be filing a report with every agency possible.

Terrible! It’s under new management and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there for any of the services there. If I could give negative stars I would that’s how terrible this new management is. Please avoid at all cost, take your packages to the actual Fedex, UPS or USPS location instead.

Additional services include notary, key cutting, laminating, fax, scanning, and book binding.Offering drop off service for UPS, FedEx, and the USPS- it’s a great way to get those packages off. They also offer post office boxes for rent.Friendly service and reasonable prices.Adjacent to the One Love Tropical Cafe in the Kroger plaza. Easy access and ample parking. Handicap accessible parking and building.

Refused to give me a receipt for my UPS drop off - businesses like these are all about customer service. If you can't provide basic customer service why would I ever come back and spend money.
