This location Continues to impress me !
I've been with them for years now and the staff Continually goes above & beyond to ensure you are Happy with their service.
Had a billing issue this time, glitch in the app... and they went out of their way to keep me up to date by phone calls.
The error, should have not taken as long as it did to correct IMO, But the staff themselves did everything they could from their side and kept me in the loop... if Not for that, I would definitely have a different opinion.
My thanks to Kim and Especially Anita in this case, well done !!!

This Storage is a Big Scam. I worked off shore and have been renting from this storage they have been a problem since in moved in. It took 3 days for me get access to my storage after they took payment the office manager is never onsite or available huge red flag account!!!! I will be back to include more details!! This is the worst storage and management .. Customer Service will just lie and this came out the managers mouth. This company leaves you no way to speak to any other person for disputes, the manager who is never onsite and customer cant do anything to assist you to the same manager.. What a horrible joke!!

I had one unit and was quite happy. I added a second unit and all the sudden all my prices (and discounts)changed at the first unit. If I would have know this I would have gotten a second unit at a different facility. I have called twice and no resolution.
I can't recommend a company that does not honor its advertising.

This company should honestly be flagged for deceptive marketing/sales/business practices. I signed up for a basic unit, pay $115 monthly, and now they are increasing it by $50. I call in to ask the Site Manager why, and that person cannot provide any factual reason why, cannot answer if the rates will continue to increase, or explain why this is not clearly stated when signing up...Supply and Demand was the logic I was provided, and when I asked if demand decreased would my rates decrease the Site Manager was again lost for an actual answer... then I asked how do I submit a complaint about this process, of course they're isn't one. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be stuck with continuousl rate increases

I have had a storage unit for 6 months here and just recently moved out. My experience was amazing from start to finish. The new manager Anita is wonderful, attentive, and committed to great customer service. The rates are fair. The facility is well kept. I feel secure when I would go, no matter what time of the day. Overall, 10/10.
If you are looking for a place to rent a storage; run, don’t walk.

Taylor is wonderful!! The first time we went to go look around and check out the different sizes they had for the storage units and Taylor was insightful and throughout when explaining the units and how it worked. And we lost the keys to our unit and Taylor helped us get us setup for same day lock cut for our old unit! Which was amazing!

Well this was an incredible experience!!! Taylor was awesome so helpful, so nice, very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, helped me when something was to heavy. There is so many things I can say but it all starts with incredible! Taylor is an awesome asset to Public Storage!!
