I have visited this car wash a handful of times, without incident, but then recently I drove through and came out with scratches all along the right side of my car. I circled back and spoke to the manager and filed a report. They never got back to me as promised, so I followed up with corporate. Shortly after I was notified that they will not be responsible for the damage because “other cars didn’t get damaged” and they have footage of my car with the damage before car wash. That is not true, since this damage is clearly caused by something (big brushes) rubbing up alongside my car, and I did not have the scratches before. Since I do not have images of my car right before the accident, I cannot prove otherwise. I felt the manager and corporate handled this poorly and were unfair in their consideration. I will certainly not be using this carwash again.
