Courtney Gressett is a great employee and Regions Bank is lucky to have her as part of their team. She offered assistance with delicacy, accuracy, and efficiency where her predecessors have failed to. (I won't name names). I came into Regions with my mom regarding an issue with our mortgage a couple months ago. And not one person at this branch has made as much progress as Courtney in the one-hour session we were sitting here. We don't have an answer to our problems but we feel finally heard that our issue is getting taken care of.

Deposited check in ATM on Monday, technical issues on there side. Now have to wait over a week for them process everything!

Kendrea was amazing! Being a young adult opening a checking account would usually make me nervous but she was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. It feels good knowing people like her will be working at my new bank and will be there to answer any questions I may have in the future. Thank you Kendrea!

Kendrea and Louis never returned my phone calls at this Aliana location. They said they would call me back to assist me with a service, but they never did! Once they opened your accounts, they would never looked back on you when you needed their assistance on your old accounts. Bad service experiences! I seemed like I was being discriminated by them! Once they did not like you, they would leave you aside. They never returned your phone calls or when you called them they transferred the line to someone else saying that they were busy. I called many times, they kept saying busy busy and busy. Why would they treated customers not equally?This location seemed like their employees not well trained enough to assist customers. It would taken them forever to resolve a problem. They did not seemed like to work, everytime I walked to this branch I saw employees having fun talking, eating, drinking, chit chatting to others, did not wear a face mask until the customers showed up!So I went to a different location, they were well knowledged, equally and quickly resolved my situation! They called me everyday to inform my situation until the problem of my accounts resolved!
