Been bringing my 2 babies since they were puppies (they are 4 now). Very friendly staff, they all care for the well being of my dogs and are sweet with them.

A few weeks ago I had to bring my doggie here because she was not feeling well. Unfortunately she had a tumor and was in a lot of pain and needed to pass. The vet and vet assistants were extremely compassionate and helpful. Today, Michelle helped me schedule an appointment for my kitty and she was great. Overall awesome staff. ?

Our experience was fantastic.We had to switch vets from another clinic when Dr. z retired so we came here.Our Zeus is a 16 year old lab with DM and he was shown so much love and care from the staff we're gonna switch all our animals to here! Thank you so much for the reasonable prices and honest but sensitive care.

From the moment I called and spoke with their receptionists, my experience has been phenomenal. We are new(ish) to area and haven’t found a local veterinarian for our dogs. Life has been chaotic. This week has slowed us down when our eldest dog, Tina, got her eye hurt in a little scuffle with our other dog. I had called 7 other clinics before speaking to RoseRich and was just so stressed out about her and her eye as it was getting worse by the hour. Luckily, we were able to be seen same day I called. They took such good care of her. Told us her eye was going to be okay. Gave us an e-collar with clear instructions to take care of her. Unfortunately we were not able to watch her at night while we were sleeping. She had rubbed her eye to the point of rupture. I knew it was bad. Thankfully we were able to go back the next day. We saw Dr. Williams and she is hands down amazing. Very thorough, and straightforward. She confirmed it was ruptured and the best plan of action was to remove the eye. Tina was back the next day for her surgery. She is feeling so much better. We are so happy with the care they’ve given to our sweet dog. We found our veterinarian for our animals and are thrilled.

I learned something new about my cat, about cats in general! The veterinarians and vet techs were patient and willing to share their knowledge with me and my husband which overflowed to H making him so calm as well and I could feel it in the room. To me this experience spoke volumes to how amazing they are here!

I have taken two of my three dogs here so far and I'm really impressed. The one dog has a wound that will not heal. Dr Williams took her time with me and came up with a plan that made sense. Our previous vet would rush to get to the next client and didn't answer questions. Prices are on par with other clinics. Loved the customer service and knowledge.

The best vet clinic ever! Warm, inviting, and knowledgeable staff who love your pets almost as much as you do.Several years ago, when our kitty, Lilah, needed her leg amputated, I visited another local vet, one on Hwy 90. I walked out with an uneasy feeling, knowing I'd never entrust the care of my baby to the staff that seemed aloof and not very caring.Then, someone recommended Rose-Rich, and I'm so glad! Lilah received excellent care there for her surgery and for the last of her 20 years. Every time we took her in, the staff lavished her with love and attention. We always felt confident that they offered the very best care.Almost two years ago, we adopted our sweet Cheeto kitty from Rose-Rich, and we can't imagine life without him. After losing Lilah, I wasn't sure if I was ready to have another kitty, but the staff at Rose-Rich were patient, listening and talking through my worries, and letting me have all the time I needed to make a decision.Every staff member, from those at the front desk, to the vet techs, to the doctors, is kind, caring, and takes time to answer your questions and engage in conversation with you. We are so thankful for the caring, knowledgeable professionals at Rose-Rich.

With most vet offices it seems like you're either sacrificing quality of care or emptying your wallet, but this place is excellent in their knowledge of animals, they have a great demeanor with them, and their prices are very fair. Also, the ladies at the front are so nice and were able to get my cat an urgent appt the same day. Also, this is minor but the waiting room is huge and allows people to space out if they need to with their animals.

Dr Croft has been great! He takes his time and tries to not tack on more fees that may not be necessary. Reasonable pricing and top-notch vet (I've only seen Dr Croft). I travel a good distance just to see him.

Rose-Rich is a great veterinary clinic! One of our dogs was very skittish and anxious, and both the vet and vet tech got down on the floor and talked softly to her, tossing treats so they could do the exam and not stress her out too much.I appreciate this kind of “extra care” we have always enjoyed at Rose-Rich. Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the doctors.

Great service !! This was my first visit!! They Took excellent care of four of my babies so far! My pup has Addison’s disease and they set up a plan already to keep her healthy. Very caring clinic. Very reasonably priced! Great staff

First time here. Left my previous vet clinic because they were overpriced and the vets were fresh out of college. I was impressed at Rose Rich! Very thorough with my dog amd reasonable prices.
