The Sam's Club at 99 and Bellaire is now my preferred location although my location is equal distance between two. The people are friendly and helpful when to often big box store employees seem they don't want to be bothered. Parking can be a challenge in the odd shaped lot. Entering into and exiting from Bellaire is awkward especially with a large number of cars in a single lane. My only caution is that Scan and Go often highlighted the wrong items after scanning the barcode. Not sure it's related to the location or problem with app. However, it's the only place this has happened to me.

The manager at Sam’s club on February 25, 2024 is just mean and rude.She has no time to listen to anyone, its my second encounter with her and the less said about her the better.

Having to wait 20 mins for curbside every time I come here is ridiculous. I do enjoy going into the store but 2star for curbside. They need to get that together!

Horrible experience today...bought and paid for laptop and had to wait nearly 30+ minutes to get them to unlock and release the laptop. This is after paying for the laptop!!! Horrible customer service. NEVER buy electronics ever again from Sam's Club....Costco is much more organized.

Make sure you double check what’s you’re being charged, just like the Walmart down the road we have more price discrepancies than not.

If you are going to buy pizza in this place between 6 pm to 7 pm, it is quite a challenge, it is better that you don't even go. In my case, the supervisor named Noel helped me and it is a lack of respect when you ask for your order. If something is not right, she asks you to make the order. line again to fix your order I was between 10 minutes to 25 minutes in line to be told that everything is over when you get to order that is not good so I asked for my money back and I did not buy anything

Terrible service tire center sucks they have no clue what tidi I called over git and answer got a flat tire called the store to see if they can do a patch up job no answer brought the car on a tow truck anyways because we bought the tires at Sam's, and now they saying they don't patch up tired OMFG SAMS SUCKS

UPDATE: no one reach out in response to my complaint and I promise no one will do.It is a fact that Sam's keep losing customers and Costco keep winning more customers.I wish I have ZERO to put for Sam's,To the manager of this store[Claudia], who for sure knows me, if you and your staff not aware about the policy of returns, you can either say I don't know or learn policies.On Dec,24 I purchased turbotax for 47.88$ from store and yesterday Jan 5th, I found same product at COSTCO for only 36$, so I went ahead to return back the one's I got from Sam's. Surprisingly, they told me NO RETURN, NO REFUND which is against the return policy of that item[on website, under return policy y of that item, said that the item can be returned and refunded at store].Not mentioned at any spot on the product, at the store aisle or at the receipt that this item can not be returned.I keep calling store and the they responded in a very rude way saying do whatever you like we will not return or refund.Funny thing is that, by coincidence, same item today was under new sale at Sam's and dropped as Costco to 36$, so I went asking them to price adjust, first they told me NO I can't because I passed 7 days from purchase day, and when I argued more, they changed and said 14 days and today was the 14th day, so I CAN'T do the price adjustment.I ended up canceling my membership as I feel ashamed having that membership.I want to return the one I got from costco and they accepted the return in 5 seconds.That concludes the difference between Sam's and COSTCO, you may see and notice how empty Sam's store and how busy Costco stores.Completely different customer system and support, easy transactions in purchasing and return.We are really blessed to have COSTCO around us and I hope Sam's can understand they are losing customers day after day due to their staff and the lack of their supervision and training and knowledge.Just to confirm, the item was same as I purchased, never opened.UPDATE: no one reach out from Sam's in regards to the complaint and I am sure no one will do. That is the level of their customer or client support.
