Went to the drive through and when I said I wanted an acai bowl, the girl paused and let out a sigh and said “is that it?” with an attitude. I had read the recent negative reviews before going but decided to still give them a chance & I wish I hadn’t. The acai bowl handed to me was watery, it looked like they just poured a smoothie in there with the toppings mixed in. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume that maybe they’re having a bad day, etc. However, it seems like this has been an ongoing issue that hasn’t been resolved.

went to get açaí bowls they didn’t wear gloves while making our bowls. one worker had long hair and didn’t wear a hairnet which grossed me out!!

The manager at this location keeps saying that items and ingredients that are on the menu both in the app and the location are out. Saying that smoothie king is taking them off the menu, yet they are still on the menu and at every other smoothie king in the area.

Smoothie King was doing a promo through their app to try a new smoothie for a discount, I came to the drive thru in the morning to try it out. I pull up and the guy that came up had a nasty tone, saying what do I want? I told him I wanted to redeem the offer in the app, and he said he didn’t have that smoothie in the store. But there was signage all over the windows and drive thru promoting it???? Do not come to this location ever.

I spent $26 and they gave me the wrong order, saw that when I got home, I was sooo upset. Never again.

DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS!Arrived at this location an hour and 1/2 before their posted closing time on Saturday with my family and the doors were locked. the employees were staring at their phones inside. The door said close at 9 and the open sign was lit up so we knocked and the employee inside turned her back to the door and continued scrolling instagram on her phone without even acknowledging. I’m sure the owner is very proud of how the staff is running the business into the ground.

This is the second time I make an online order and when I get there is not ready. I told them to cancel my order cause I was running late and 45 minutes had already passed and they didn’t want to do it.

I absolutely hate this location now. I literally sat in the line for 10 minutes with two cars in front of me not moving and the moment I get to the window they tell me that they’re closed. Horrible customer service. When I told them that I had been waiting for 10 minutes they told me they had a long day and were simply closed.

I like smoothie king but I can do without the attitude at this location. Annoyance was the tone of their voice and she kept saying “is that all” before I was even done talking. If you hate your job that much maybe you should go back into your closet bc simply costumer service is not your forte

My smoothie didn’t taste like it normally does, it was remade and the second time wasn’t any better but the older gentleman didn’t seem like he wanted too and attempted to explain why it tasted that way. Unfortunately the new was overly sweeter and runnyer. From there the gentleman said I needed to pick something else, I was asking for a recommendation and he basically said I needed to just pick something and be respectful of the other customers and the fact that there was only two of them. He was just rude. He didn’t try to understand, didn’t appear to want to release it as their signage says or seem like her cared. Each time the other worker was the one kind enough to step in and remake my smoothie. I got a different smoothie which was better, but the other one I had purchased to take home to my husband, he said was not good when I got home with his.

This location never makes my smoothie correctly. They charge me for the additions but don’t add them to my smoothie. Once I called back to tell them and she told me “they are simply too busy” as to why they didn’t add what I requested but still charged me. Go to another location. We can tell by the color how it’s wrong.
