I love smoothie king, just not this location. Customer services were really bad, and apart from that, our drinks were thick, which is not a big deal, the problem was that they were filled up halfway; it also had whole pieces of fruit that were not blended. My drink was made up of air, frozen fruit, and then some smoothie… I am very disappointed to be honest. Not a great experience and the company just answering to the comments saying “we’re sorry for your experience” doesn’t really fix the problem in my opinion.

Worst place ever to get smoothies.We ppl are always ordering drive through.Today unfortunately I went inside the store n what I’m seeing all rotten fruits.This is unacceptable that this is the smoothie place so no one is going to know what they are feeding us. ??

On Monday, Jada made the vanilla hulk for me and recommended me to get the frozen yogurt instead of the butter pecan. I would 100% recommend. I will definitely be coming back with MANY more friends ?!!

Took 25 minutes after ordering to receive my smoothie... 2 people working, only served drive through it seems like, while a few people inside waited forever. They even forgot the guys order in front of me and had to ask him what he ordered 15 minutes later. Looking at past reviews it seems like management does not care and this has been going on for months! Management not reaching out to people or replying to these reviews also tells you the kind of people they are, I doubt they'll even see this one. I'd advise anyone to not go here, you will most likely have the same experience. Also it is HOT inside the place.

I have visited this location 3 times and every single time, they took so long to get my kids chocolaka done. This last time I timed them, I placed the order at 7:42 pm drive thru and finally got my kids smoothie at 7:55. I didn't see customers inside so I don't understand why the service is so slow. I am not going to this location again.

The person at the window was not happy I gave him exact change for my smoothie. Also having a big sign that’s says “PLEASE TIP” is insane. Not professional at all. Especially on the area you guys are located.

We've tried 3 locations, this one and 2 others.They all skimp on the ingredients and don't ever get it right the first time.The owner served me at the drive through and the smoothie was still no good.I believe they are trying to squeeze out as much profit as they can by using less ingredients.Being cheap seems to be a common thread with these people.If I walk in and see one of them, I turn around and leave.I would rather give my money to someone that cares about their product.

Unfortunately I have to agree with all the other poor reviews here. Got a normal smoothie and it was runny like water. Flavor was good, but the texture was not like a smoothie should be. We were also the only ones there and it took over ten minutes. I wouldn’t complain, but when you pay as much as you do at these places, it’s frustrating.

I should have read the reviews before I tried this location today for the first and last time. Ordered 2 kids smoothies and I don't know what took so long, I was the only one in the drive thru and no one inside. After the long wait...what did I receive...a watered down smoothie. The guy at the window needs a lesson in customer service. I will not be returning.

I have come to this location several times thinking things will get better. Unfortunately, I ordered my usual and it was a disappointment. I paid close to $15 for this and I barely got any fruit or toppings. The staff is very unprofessional and they play too much.

0 stars! Worst Smoothie King ever! I was not greeted when walking in. The girl that was in there taking orders didn't have the appropriate uniform and was on speaker with whoever she was on the phone with. It was my first time ordering this açaí bowl and it was absolutely garbage. The presentation was even worse. The girl didn't cut up the fruit, she gave me chunks of banana and didn't drizzle the hazelnut drizzle stuff. Her phone conversation had to be way more important than customer service.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any smoothie king! Why is this place even opened? I don’t leave reviews often but this time around I have to warn the people that go to this location, took them a whole hour to get my order out and it still wasn’t correct!They need to bring in an experienced/seasoned employee to get things straightened up at this store or just go ahead and close this location.

On a Saturday night (11/18/23) at around 7:20pm, somehow my boyfriend and I sat there for 45 minutes trying to get 2 smoothies. The cashier seemed new and didn't understand our orders even after repeating each one at least 3 times. When my boyfriend saw the receipt, one of the drinks was still wrong. He tried to be helpful and stopped the cashier from making the wrong smoothie, but it took at least 5-10 minutes just to get anyone's attention. I couldn't even comprehend why the cashier was the one making the order, rather than his coworker who seemed busy with everything BUT making orders or even taking orders. After another 10-15 minutes, we finally got the order right with a refund and re-process, but it took even longer just waiting for the drinks. Even from the drive thru window, just the amount of time we were waiting gave me a feeling that the cashier did not know how to make the drinks -- meanwhile, his coworker was in the back preparing bananas. There were already 2 or more large bins of bananas by the window. I couldn't fathom how that was more important. The car behind us lost their patience and asked us to move so he could leave. That gentleman didn't even want his order anymore. Since we had to move anyway, my boyfriend circled around to the front of the store and went inside to see what was going on. It was not busy. There was only one other customer. The counter was a mess by the blender area. There were 3 blenders, but 2 drinks somehow took 15-20 minutes to make...? Of course, when we finally got our drinks -- not only were we unable to figure out whose was whose, the flavors were completely wrong. Even after drinking both drinks, neither me nor my boyfriend could figure out what they were. The consistency of the smoothie was strange. Instead of it going down *smoothly* as you'd expect, I felt like there was something scratchy, as if too much powder was used. The drinks were so awful that we didn't even want to keep them, so we had to turn back AGAIN... just to bring them back and ask for a refund after this terrible experience. Instead of coming back here, I'd rather just drive another 4 miles down to a different Smoothie King for better service in the future. I've never been so disappointed by Smoothie King before.

I love smoothie king but this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. Today I got the smoothie bowl and it wasn’t even filled half way. The blender cup wasn’t even clean when the guy used it. My drink the other day was barely 2/3s full when they gave it to meWon’t be back to this one
