This is a very good place to store your boat and shelly and her husband are very good people and very family oriented and it 24 hr access I have been here for about 4 years now and haven't had a problem whatsoever but I seen a review where someone said that it has a rock floor and its wet and that's not true about beings wet but it does have a rock floor and its always dry no matter how much it rain just to clear that up and it has electric outlet to charge batteries and there are lights in each unit and the price is excellent so if you want a good boat storage try them out.

I've been leasing a spot Over here for about 9 months now I've had no problems And the owners Are absolutely phenomenal. They allowed me to work on my trailer That is being converted into a mobile Food truck. What's so great about this place is that that they are open to their customers mercy 24 hours A-day. The location is perfect I wouldn't lease a spot anywhere else but here. I highly recommend that if you're looking for a place to store your RV or boat Please stop by you won't be disappointed.
