I have been able to contact the person inchargd with this storage in Katy. Fm .
I have traveled to get into my unit several times and have not been able to get in it. The lock I bought from them only worked a couple of times. It has been 3 times I gone here and no one is there. I called main number they tried helping me ‘ called to get someone to come out ‘ and the lady says she cannot go anything. That they close the place at 1 and it is her from another location going back and forth. She still did not help me cut the lock because she needed a witness to cut it off.
Witness. What am I. ?? I could had signed a form and done. I want my storage opened. I pay every month and I should be respected on this.
I need a confirmation ASAP about it had been dine and cut with another lock in it.

The 2 stars is for the nice amazing busy staff and the ease it was to get my things out of there before the second month. The AC in the units was off, we are having to switch units and the staff made it clear that when it is on- it’s set at 80 degrees F.
In Texas! What’s the fricken point of “climate control”?!?! You pay extra for 80! 80!
The deal they have advertised states "free" BUT they tack on fees SO it's like you pay every single month with an increasing price. F that- I only had my things in there for one month- way to not get long term or repeating business.
Nevermind- 1 star for the lame response about getting help like my review wasn't read at all. They "fixed" the AC in the unit back to 80, but can't fix their company policies.
