Tim is amazing and such a kind man! He listened to my issue and helped resolve it instantly. I needed to divide my units (they were coupled due to size) to reduce my payment until I can fully move out. The one I moved out of was removed from my lease and he got a new lease authorized same day for me. Being 9 months pregnant, I can't do much and am actively trying to get certain aspects of my life squared away. He was quick, efficient and I'm so grateful for his help. Thank you so much!! You've truly taken a weight off my shoulders and all my belongings are safe. Thank you!

Kind staff and clean. However if you move out 1 day after their billing cycle, they’ll charge you the entire month and there’s no way they can refund you that money. So technically you pay for the entire month and you do not have access to the space. It’s hidden in the contract.

I spoke with Tim in the office about my storage unit and he was very helpful! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking. The facilities are very clean and I feel safe no matter the time of day. I would, however, recommend the facilities be walked to ensure all lights in the hallways work at all times. Thanks Extra Space!

Tim was awesome which is exactly the reason I left Public Storage right down the road from this Extra Space Storage location on Grand Parkway in Richmond, Tx…Kim, manager at PS, promised to help me with the ridiculous amount of rental increase of my unit after being a customer for 6 years and she NEVER called back, so I changed Storage companies. Just ran in to the exact same situation with Extra Space, called Tim, he was tied up but promised to call me back in 15-20 minutes, which is exactly what he did and he went as far as to reduce the rent so that the increase was not so exorbitant. This is the true definition of customer service and wanting to keep your customer satisfied which I appreciate immensely. Loyalty goes a long ways For all parties concerned.
