I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the T-Mobile Waterview location. Ethan was extremely nonchalant and rude as soon as I walked in the store. I went to upgrade one of my Apple lines to an Android. He tells me I can’t trade it in for that phone and it would have to be basically for a new device. I knew he was trying to upsell me a device when I already knew what I wanted. He also tells me I can’t trade in the phone on the plan that I have and could only do it on the JUMP. I ask him how long has that been and he said it’s always been that way. I then tell him I upgraded my 13 about a year ago so I knew he was lying. I then ask how do I add JUMP to the line I want to upgrade? He says that JUMP is basically a lease and you can’t lease a phone you own. I said well I’ve never upgraded a phone without it being paid off so that would mean JUMP wasn’t active when I upgraded it and wouldn’t be able to upgrade or trade in if what he was saying was true. I said well how do I get rid of the phone if I just bought it outright. He tells me to go to APPLE and I can trade it in there. I’ve never heard that response from a T-Mobile. I then Leave the store and contact customer service and express my concern to them. I was able to upgrade my phone without any issues the same way I have in any store. I needed the phone which is unfortunate, but Ethan had other plans. I went back to the store to tell him about his lies, but they were busy with other customers and I honestly didn’t want to deal with him. As I stood there waiting for assistance, he was the same way with another customer as well. I’ve been with T-Mobile longer than this kid has been alive and he was so confident in the lies coming out of his mouth. I am so tired of store associates not being at all knowledgeable. In my experience, the store and customer service are always on two different pages and it’s frustrating. I very much would like to speak to a regional manager because his behavior was very unprofessional. If it wasn’t for customer service, I would have cancelled my service and went elsewhere the same day.

I went in to the store for an issue with an account verification and was referred to customer service. I wasn’t asked for any account information or even offered to call in the store. The young man that was helping me didn’t give me his name and didn’t have a name tag. All he continued to say was we don’t handle that instore you need to contact customer service.

This store needs to hire mature employees that are not on their phones and know how to problem solve. I went there because my Galaxy watch was not getting incoming phone calls and I asked the employee (who had the worst customer service), tell me that I have to pay extra for the service and he did something to my watch.told me to to call t-mobile.??♀️ If he didn't know how to fix it, just say so. The whole experience was just awkward.

Liars. Lied to me and said if I change my plan, it’ll be cheaper. Now I cant even go back to my old plan since it doesn’t exist anymore. Employee scammed me so he could make a quick buck. AVOID THIS HORRIBLE LOCATION. You can tell by all the new one star reviews. Save yourself and go to the corporate store on Hwy 6 and Bellaire.

When I walked into the store the two kids running the place were sitting on the back counter talking to each other. I had to say hello three times before they would look up at me. One kid told me the other kid would help me, as he continued to stare down at his phone. The first thing the other said was if I needed a phone transfer he couldn't do it tonight because it's 10 minutes after seven. when I told him I had it backed up to the cloud, he told me I could go home, log on and do it myself. I asked for a manager and he told me the store doesn't have a manager at the moment... That was pretty obvious!!I won't be going back to the store and I may switch to Verizon!!

Please don't come to this location. I've been with T-Mobile for 18 years. Never have I ever encountered such a rude, undermining employee. I mean, this woman seems to hate her job. Please retrain your employees. I will be reaching out to the manager.

The techs there were extremely helpful and courteous. Please don't make general negative statements about the younger generations. These guys were hard workers and pleasant to work with. Solved my problem and I was out in 10 minutes.

I would give zero stars if possible. Rarely have I left poor reviews, however, on a consistent basis, the customer service at this branch is horrendous at best! Employees lack knowledge or flat-out refuse to help.Just today, I was on hold for 26 minutes to be told they do not have the phone I am looking for, despite customer care telling me this morning that this location has it in plentiful stock. Chris, you need to do better.Moving forward, my family and I will be driving a few more miles to a branch further from home for better customer service.

The epitome of tmobile’s trash service and low bars. Customer service at this store was absolutely garbage so much so that corporate store close to them acknowledged it as well.All I asked them to do was port a number over to prepaid. PREPAID. Literally the simplest thing you could do having worked a telecommunications job for 5 years in the past.Stuart little and his team that we had to bring out from the back of the store, sitting on the cabinets wasted my time for three hours plus. The manger and her crew ported my number wrong and apparently marked it for “ fraud” . Leaving me with no service and to figure out on my own.I wouldn’t waste my time coming here

Calvin is very helpful and his customer service is excellent. Took less the 10 minutes to fix my issue with my phone. I am very satisfied with my visit.
