The return policy is a joke and the customer service is garbage. Shop elsewhere or you could be stuck with merchandise that I'm working and they won't guarantee. Target has just lost another customer. I will not shop there again!

The service,pricing, and store experience is mid. I take my black dollars elsewhere. The company as a whole deserves all the backlash for being a Wolf in sheep's clothing.

Ordered a PS5 and was given a used one… I spent over $800 for this. Tried calling the store for several hours, selecting every department option available with no answer. Eventually I had to select the HR option just to speak with someone. The guy I spoke with was really nice and understood why I was so mad about being given a used PS5. I was told the store would be getting a delivery tomorrow morning and to take it back to get a new one. However… if the shipment didn’t come to call back to figure out another solution.

I would give this place 0 stars. I asked two employees for help one looking like she was a Manager which is very sad. Both of them had attitudes when I asked for help looking for an item. The manager told me I could find the item some where over there, if I needed help and I came to you couldn't you just show me exactly where the item is. It's part of your job. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE TARGET EVER. Another thing the bathroom was filthy you could smell it long before you could get to it. Toilet was nasty looks like it had to be a plumbing issue.

Target I continue to be flabbergasted by the mere fact that I enter into the store at the grocery area and when I’m ready to checkout Target will close access in the grocery self checkout area therefore I have to walk all the way back up to the front of the to store to checkout then walk again to the rear in order to exit where I entered and parked.This is difficult especially elderly and disable. The complaint has been brought up before the disservice to your customers convenience. Put a big sign up by the area saying registers are closed or a announced over the intercom to let customers know but you still have yet refuse to do this Target taking customers for granted as usual. You have no consideration or respect for the customers.

There are 8 registers not including the other end of the building and no one to check you out. All self check out. Very inconvenient.

it’s been a while since i’ve gone into a target. i was in the area and needed to get something so i decided why not? let’s go to target. man am i glad i did. oscar was so kind and very helpful and made this experience so much better. 10/10!!
