Worst experience ever. It’s showing on the tracking they have my package when I’m going there to pickup they don’t know about it even though they have it as per tracking and telling me to call customer care and customer care are saying they don’t have any access for this. Its been 2 months almost. NEVER GO TO THEM FOR ANY SERVICE

I am starting to believe that only thieves works at the Richmond location. I have had 2 packages that showed delivered - package in/at the mailbox. Wasn’t even 5 minutes I went to get pkg and of course, nothing was there. This Happened TWICE! All you get is an excuse or an empty apology from a supervisor who really doesn’t care. At what point will the staff be held accountable?! This is really ridiculous! Going forward, I will Not order from anywhere that have to use USPS again.

Agent said that only books were allowed for media shipment. Agent also did not allow me to confirm the address and she was rude. Throwing the package and provided no information on tracking. She was rude to the lady in front of me as well.

Just saw these horrible reviews! New to the area and mailed a letter to my daughter that lives in downtown Houston from the post box outside. It's been 10 days and she still hasn't received it.
Update: It now has been 16 days and she still hasn't received it! What are you doing with the mail there?

So slow, probably the slowest AND the worst USPS I’ve ever experienced

I rented a PO Box. Paid online then came in to get the key. It took less than five minutes there.
The clerk was courteous and got things done efficiently.

I had a very bad time with a worker, Marie. She is a rude, racist, discriminatory person who treated me so badly and I said that I was going to report her and she still laughed, saying that nothing would change. I hope my package arrives safely because I feel that she did not do her job well because from the beginning she told me that she was afraid of treating me badly.

Don’t send anything through this post office! I had three graduation cards that were all mailed on the same day at the same time go missing from this post office. Coincidence? I don’t think so. Thinking someone went home with some extra cash and it wasn’t the graduates that earned it!

This post office is full of crap! Do not ship packages from this location unless you don’t expect it for over a week. My best friend shipped us a package that had to be kept cold from Texas a month ago coming to Tennessee. It was in an insulated box with ice packs to keep it cold for 72 hours. Well it was supposed to have been delivered within three days. I filed a complaint with the post office in Texas because the package didn't even leave their location for 3 days. I think they didn't check the self service drop off. My best friend scanned and dropped it off Tuesday morning 20 min before the Post office even opened, it didn't arrive to South Houston until Friday afternoon. When I called their local office Friday of that week the rep lied and said it made it to the city of the delivery destination Friday afternoon. Yet there were no scans. He told me that sometimes their scan gets messed up so it doesn't update. Yet when they scanned it after our call it started giving me updates. Package was then delivered Tuesday. An entire week after it being shipped! Never again will she use this location. Manager called me to apologize but gave all sorts of excuses! None of which I cared to hear! Waste of my time listening to his excuses and I really believe they messed up and instead of owning their error he tried to cover it!

Hello much of the mail that I would receive lately would be destroyed as far as letters, cards, mail with coupons torn. I'm not sure if the mail carrier hate there job and don't want to have anything to do with delivering mail anymore. I'm on the verge of going further with this, because I feel because you hate your job, you don't have a right to destroy the belongings of those you deliver to. I received a card from a love one, that was bent up in such a way, and I know it did not come from my love one that way. The love one even confirmed to be that it wasn't bent up out of shape. HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
