I have been frequenting this store since they've opened. On Saturday, August 5, 2023, I experienced one of the most unprofessional moments from an employee by the name of Carmyn(two tone airfro, gold and black and heavy set/over weight, african/black). I came in to purchase a mementos and extra gum for my son the prices scan for $1.79 for the mementos and was advertised as $1.29 and the extra gum scan as $2.19 and the price was $2.09. I brought it to her attention and she said this is what it scan for so that's the price. I asked her to look at the posted prices, she refused and said I could take a picture, so I did and when I returned to show her she refused to service me stating because of my tone and proceeded to call her supervisor and walk to the back. I began recording when she refused to service me and made the call. In the call she referenced the incident 2 days prior with Jasmine in which I had to ask about incorrect pricing. I was not given my $30 cashback as well. But, Jasmine promptly assisted me with my concerns with a smile. But, Carmyn every time you enter the store she has a solid angry look and is mostly laying over the counter as if she's relaxing in bed and hates a customer entered the door. Also, there was an Asian guy Carmyn was helping before me , he was trying to use the rewards for coffee and her screen was black and she just sent him on his way and his coffee was left on the counter he was upset that she couldn't operate the system properly to help him. She was already flustered before getting to me next that she tried to charge me for his coffee and I had to bring that to her attention as well. They're always making errors to over charge you on the evening shift. The unfortunate part is I had gone to this store earlier and purchased a $100 of gas and other items. I've patronized this location for year's at this point it's time to find somewhere else with better customer service. By the way Angel and the Hispanic lady on the day shift are always welcoming and exemplify what customer service should be.

XL fountain drinks for $1.29 is the main reason this is the only gas station chain i go to. Also cheap smokes. And most are 24/7

Came in a few days ago around 12AM and there's a black lady skinny build who is extremely rude and doesn't take her job seriously. I paid cash for my gas and went in to get change and she threw the money on the counter expecting me to pick it up. Maybe she had a bad day, but that doesn't mean take it out on others. I honestly would hate myself too if I had to work night shift at this place just standing there like an NPC. I hope she finds god and can come to some senses.

Best gas station in Texas. They have everything you need from drinks to good eats. Customer service is amazing very nice and they try to provide the best help for any given situation. I feel like Keith Lee gas station gets a ten out of ten.

Staffs are rude. The woman worked at 8p.m on 04/02/2023 treated me like im a begger, not buyer ? Slammed my paid stuffed on desk when i asked to buy very politely. Dont want to go further leading to race discusion. Really like the owner but need to train the staff and improve thier attitude.

This use to be my favorite store ,Ive been a customer since the day it opened now its sad it doesn’t matter what day of the week or the time of day you pull up it’s going to have a closed for 15 minutes sign in the window. The employee turnover is ridiculous. The lines move so slow because there is always a new cashier when it is open.

Rude employee got kicked out because i came with someone that was not allowed to be there but i was never told i was not allowed.So rude and unprofessional wouldn't recommend. Like if you don't like your job why work there.

The young Indian guy working in morning shift is always in his phone talking he don’t care about customers if customers ask something he show bad reactions it’s been happening couple times to me finally I had to give them 0 star and write a comment management need to pay attention

Even though it says they are 24/7 they are never open at night. They just leave this sign.waited there for over 30 minutes sign was still up. This must be a good job.
