“Great selection of all kinds of things! I always shop for Easter, summer, and Christmas Stockings at Five Below! This location especially is neat, well stocked, organized, and I have always been pleased with the employees!”

“We came in today for my daughter’s birthday. She picked out a ton a stuff, but only had $60 to spend from her birthday money. 2 items were left out and I was getting change from my purse to pay for the tax of her items since she had her own $60 in cash. The employee that was checking us out was so kind. She mentioned she loves birthdays and offered to buy my daughter one of the items she took out so all she had to do was use her birthday cash and the employee covered the rest. I wish I would have gotten her name. I was so taken aback I didn’t think at the time to ask her name. But this absolutely made my daughter’s day. Thank you so much your kindness! Especially in a world that can feel so ugly at times.”

“Great experience at Five Below! I bought birthday return gifts here and was so impressed. The store is neatly organized, and they have plenty of high-quality, reasonably priced options for little boys, girls, and even babies. It made shopping for gifts incredibly easy. Highly recommend!”
Dollar General opened its 20,000th U.S. store on February 24th in Alice, Texas. It’s a major milestone for the discount chain that started as one small general store back in 1955. Starting with a ribbon cutting ceremony, the grand opening celebration began at 9am. First customers received some freebies - tote bags filled with free product samples and snacks from DG's Clover Valley brand.
