Ms. Orren helped me today at the S. S. Fry location, and I’m so glad she was there. I have no complaints about any of the other staff, but Ms. Orren greeted me very politely and made me feel welcome. I was struggling with my choices, and she helped me decide without making me feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge eased my doubts about which glasses were best for me. I will definitely follow up with her. May God bless her.

I call the wrong vision works and Andrew answer the phone I was so upset first time wearing glasses and I had no ideal what to do or how to pick out glasses. I went to another place but Andrew save the day I was so happy after talking to him we need more people like him in this world. I was satisfied a 100 percent because of him if I could drive that extra mile to get my glasses I would. You are the greatest your manager should be very proud of you. Your customers service was outstanding and amazing my you continue to have a wonderful heart.

Visionworks staff, Andrew and Rochelle, were very friendly and provided me with needed assistance in a timely manner. Visionworks also variety of frames to choose from. I highly recommend Visionworks!

Stopped by to get my glasses fixed. They were too big on me and I had ordered them online. The guy working at the front fixed them for free and was very kind too. The place is also very nice and clean.

I had a great experience at the Vision Center while buying my glasses. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout the process. They provided clear and accurate information about my insurance, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The store was clean and well-organized too. Would definitely recommend!

I come every year to have my spectacles done at this location! The ladies and the manager are friendly. They guide me through the process and guide me with frame selection. They have excellent customer service.
