I spoke with Geneva and she was absolutely amazing. Didn't rush me and answered all my questions where is tge one on Highway 6 and Bissonett were very rude and did not help.
Made this my preferred walgreens bc of her ❤️

It’s 7:04 and store is not open. Store hours say it’s open at 7. Then the store clerk had an attitude and said that I need to wait until they get situated before I can buy anything, even though the store is supposed to open and be ready to service customers at 7 AM

I have used the pharmacy here and the photo area, besides regular shopping trips.
The pharmacy can be hit-and-miss. Sometimes, you wonder how they haven't fallen apart.
The photo area is easy to deal with. They are always kind.
The aisles are great to check out, especially during clearance where you can snag some awesome deals.
I would not hesitate to stop by this Walgreens.

I came to get a passport photo taken, and the lady helping me was very helpful and understanding throughout the process. Her customer service was amazing—she made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who’s patient and professional.

They have hours 7 to 11 for pharmacy and it's not right.They have not changed the sign In the store hours in internet , please update it

This location deserves better than 2.5 reviews. The employees are very hard working, knowledgeable and professional, some more friendly than others, but no complaints here. This location is super busy by the way. I've been their customer for years and I've never had issues with my prescriptions and I always get all my questions answered promptly and politely. I don't put a 5 star because the place could be renovated a little, like the restroom, but cosmetics have nothing to do with my overall satisfaction with their pharmacy and general services. Thank you for all you do.

Go to CVS down the street. It’s not worth the disrespect and loss of energy, time, or loss of a single brain cell when dealing with this store. I’ll be praying that no one has to endure what I have and apparently what many others have for a very long time.
I hope the person whose medication I was wrongfully given actually got their correct prescription finally. This medication is pretty hardcore.

Pharmacy closes at 11pm
The lady inside shut the door at 10:30, called for her but she rudely said no and went off, never using this business again.

worst pharmacy customer service. Gonna keep you on hold forever and never gonna answer the call. I called several times and they kept me on hold for like around 30 minutes. I had to get my prescriptions and it was urgent.

It was a bad weekend afternoon for me,I came to print some degrees and I didn't know how to start, I needed help from the person working in the printing area and a woman her name is Dasy, she came with a fierce and hostile attitude at first sight ,and when I asked about the pictures to print She replied with a hostile and rude attitude.
I was very embarrassed and said if you are not willing to help then I will come back and She responded with an aggressive and gesticulating attitude as if I was a sinner who bothered her, I thought and would sympathize she and thought she was someone who worked long hours and was tired, but I did not expect that she was a manager here, a manager who could work with customers like that In such a rude manner.
I wonder if this is discrimination?
And it is unacceptable for a manager to work in an unprofessional manner.

I went here to take a photo and I waited for more than 15 minutes then the employee who came said I came at the wrong time and employee left again

I was waiting in line for a photo pickup in the photo area. As I’m waiting for someone to finally arrive after 5 minutes, an employee, didn’t get a name, with glasses approaches. I say, “I’m here for a pickup for First Name, Last name” and before I could finish she rudely interrupts me, with a very rude tone and says “photo or curbside”
I look at her because I’m obviously waiting in the PHOTO PICKUP area. Not OUTSIDE for curbside. And she says, “there are two types of order pickups, curbside and photo” with a tone AGAIN. I say photo and give my name. I proceed with payment and she slaps my receipt on the desk and says “Bye”
Highly unprofessional and she shouldn’t be working with people if she’s going to be giving an unnecessary attitude. I have never dealt with this type of customer service, ever. And this is coming from someone who has experience in retail.
