The customer manager is horrible and irresponse. I bought lots of Christmas decoration in this store and one of them was empty. I didn't notice until a few days after while I was out of state. Customer service said I can get it refund after I come back and show the same credit card made the purchase.However, when I visit store after coming back to Texas, the manage kept saying "From his point of view, I am returning an empty box". Which is exactly the problem I am trying to solve. The way he said it is like saying "You kept the mechadise and trying to steal by only returning the box".The good I bought was laying next to the product displaying on the floor. Could not found it in the shelf so I took it as the last one. It must be the package to the displaying one.I have been a customer in Walmart for decades. Never had bad experience like this. Store has good product and great sanitary condition. The manager is horrible and intolerant.

Nice Walmart location and note all Walmart locations are closed Thanksgiving day even if Google show it as open. Don't waste your time and head to the store like I did.

Waited an hour for assistance at hunting and fishing. Asked for help from 3 people, nothing. Called every number in the store, only Deli answered. Still no one, finally a nice lady in Auto used PA. “Fred” never came. Left cart full of clothes. Went to Academy, license and gear all in less than 15 minutes.

Walmart app showing specific products "in stock" at a particular store is misleading. For the second time in the space of one week, I went to this Walmart to get a specific item I had found in the app, and each time, not only was the thing not in stock, there wasn't even a place for it on the shelf. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, etc. I won't be making that mistake again.

Hello, good morning, my name is Alba Riano, I am writing to you this way to find help. I have tried to seek help directly at the Walmart store located at 26824 Farm to Market 1093, Richmond, TX 77406. and I have received mistreatment and rudeness, the staff who work in that store need a lot of training on how to treat and respect customers. customers. On Monday, August 28, 2023, I bought a gift card for $100 from Walmart and went to use it in that store. When I got to the self-service cash registers, I scanned my products, and when I paid, the cash register froze, so in such a way that the person who was working in that area, Mrs. Sofia called the manager and they turned off the box. This Mrs. Sofia was rude, bad manners and disrespectful in the way she treated me that day, she made me put the products through another box. register and then the card didn't work, it said it didn't have a balance. I asked Mrs. Sofía for help and with a rude tone of voice she told me that she was sure that the card had a balance! I told her to call the manager again because she needed help, she had to leave. He ignored me and kept me waiting for more than 40 minutes standing and without any consideration, I told him that I was leaving with the products that were already packed and he started shouting as if I wanted to steal something, after that time several workers from the store approached me. Walmart and Sofía told them that I wanted to leave the store without paying, that my card had no money. In the end, after more than forty minutes, the manager arrived again and told me to wait more than 24 hours so that the money would be returned to my card. I left the store with a bitter drink and empty hands, this information can be verified on the security cameras. I verified the card 24 hours later and it says that it has a balance of 200 dollars and I returned to the store to explain the case and that that card was for 100 dollars, not 200, which was a mistake by Walmart and that was why maybe the Cash register froze. The young girl who helped me that day in customer service answered me, we can't help with anything, it's better for you now you have 200 dollars, take advantage of it, I told her no, I don't have to take what is not mine, I just need it back. my money, it's only 100 dollars, this very rude girl answers me, ma'am, there's nothing to do here and if you don't want to use the card, that's your problem, I went home to use the card and it doesn't work, the card still says that has 200 dollars but it doesn't work. Yesterday, Tuesday, September 19, 2023, I returned to the store and found the same girl at the service center again. I don't remember her name but she has dark hair and the tips were painted yellow. She was at the cash registers and when she saw me she He came to ask what I needed and I explained to him that I had not been able to solve my card issue and he made fun of me, that girl is disrespectful, I called the manager whose name is Tasha and in a mocking and rude tone he told her that I I had gone to the store several times hoping to receive the money for a card that apparently never existed and the even ruder manager told me that she couldn't do anything, that I should call where I bought the card, I explained the whole situation to her and told her that I watched the security videos and told me there was nothing I could do. The anger, helplessness and sadness that I have for all the humiliations received in that store, All those rude ladies insinuating that my card never had money, they have no respect or empathy for customers. I have contacted the company where I bought the card and Walmart sent them an email saying that the card was spent on August 28, and can you verify the cameras that I left empty-handed, please I need help to get my money back, and I am going to take this case to the last resort, because the way they humiliated me in that store is not done to anyone. Rotten produce, mold growing on some, lots of expired food in coolers, shelves are so disorganized in some departments it's very hard to find what you're looking for. When do they down stock or stock shelves?What I see online that says it is in-stock is no where to be found in-store. Don't recommend this location.

One of the better Walmarts by far.It is always clean and well stocked. I do feel that on peek weekend days they should have more cashiers verses depending on the self checkouts. The lines yesterday on a Sunday were quite long.

O my gosh. This store is in serious need of new management. My elderly mother has placed orders to be delivered on several occasions. Some have actually been delivered on the day and time reserved. Three times in the past 30 days, no delivery; no contact; no nothing. Talked to customer care yesterday after waiting an additional 2 days of reserved delivery day. He was also outraged. He finally was able to get the store to answer the call from him. (he said when they see a call coming from corporate, they always pick up) Ha! He called four times before anyone would answer. The manager stated for the order to be cancelled, then re-order and it will be delivered - guaranteed. Guess what? Still nothing. The order had around 50 items. The website states 27 items have been added - that was from 20 hours ago. No movement; No calls; No communication whatsoever.If you need groceries delivered, I would suggest proceed to Kroger or HEB. I've never had a problem with either of these stores.This store is clearly a joke and needs immediate intervention from corporate. If you cannot deliver, DO NOT OFFER IT until you can get your store together.

They place a series of items with a large 98 cent sign and when you choose others they cost 2.98. The guy kindly at the express checkout told me he could fix it for me, I know it's not his fault but another woman who was there told him you can't Doing that is not your problem, I think that it is not the way to treat an employee in front of a client, it is disrespectful, it is the fault of the people who set the price and to deceive the clients, they set the lowest price. What is there, why don't you put the highest price? and so when you choose the. as economic you are surprised !! not right?...

The guy who regularly works the grocery store entrance checking receipts needs some serious customer service training. I live in this neighborhood and shop this Walmart regularly. I’m 36 weeks pregnant with a toddler with me in the cart and I just spent $300 getting groceries and having them checked out by one of your cashiers. Instead of asking for a receipt, which is completely unnecessary anyway since I was checked in by a cashier, he raises his arms every time I try and walk through the door as if to say “where are you going without showing me a receipt?” Completely rude. A hostile hand gesture without even speaking. When I say “what?” He says “receipt!!!” This has happened to me multiple times with the same guy. Yet others who do not have stuff completely bagged like I do are let through. And since when did Walmart become Costco?

Customer Service is definitely not priority here. I called to check up on an order for pick up and was hung up on, transferred, and spoken to rudely. Never have I ever been treated so badly. We as a people spend our hard earned money to shop with your company for you to treat your customers like trash. Walmart please do better in the future. I know you don’t care to lose one customer but kindness and politeness go a long way.

Greetings,I do appreciate the Black woman manager at this Wal-Mart for helping me when I lost my receipt for a specific item. I am thankful that I was able to walk out of the store with that item, with me knowing I purchased it. However, I honestly feel she could have been kinder to me. I understand the store was closing, and she was frustrated and stressed. However, she should not have taken that out on me. With that said, I like this store because it usually has the items I have. Also, some Wal-Mart workers will even greet you. Mortal Kombat Kano agrees .
