I understand the pandemic has made things run slower but why not use the Chick-fil-A method? Have someone outside to see what customers need. In many instances, like myself, need to withdraw or deposit money. Why not have someone outside asking if they need a deposit or withdrawal slip? Wouldn't that make things run a bit faster? Versus sending the carrel to get a slip & then sending it back & the customer takes more time filling it out? Seems logical to me...and that slip holder outside is always empty...

ATM never accepts deposits!! People inside know little to nothing about business accounts. Very hard to operate a business and rely on this Wells Fargo location as your "go-to". Well behind all the surrounding Wells Fargo locations. Go next door to Chase.

Worst location. Karly Weeks - manager is very rude and unprofessional. I couldn't hear through the glass and she told me she wouldn't service me. She needs a refresh in customer service. I've never been treated that poorly at a Wellsfargo.

I really like this Wells Fargo. I went in with my father today to open an new bank account and Mohammad helped us out. My dad took me hear just so he can help us out. It was a wait, but it was easy working with him and we were in and out! Mohammad is the man.

Eddie Scott was friendly, patient, and helpful. He helped me navigate a complex Wells Fargo mortgage issue.

I would give this place negative stars if possible! Worst customer service ever!! I have several accounts with Wells Fargo so I brought my son in to turn in his already rolled change but they told him they would not except anything over $30 because they would have to count it themselves!! Aren't you a bank isn't that your job?!?! TALK ABOUT LAZY! We will for sure be changing banks after this terrible terrible customer service!!!

Don't go in to talk to a banker Waited an hour for little to no help. Meanwhile they had a manager banker who was fully capable of helping or even stream line issues by asking the two people sitting in the seats what the issue was. Instead he just stood there standing behind the bankers. I'm furious with lack of urgency they have. It shouldn't take an hour to ask a question in regards to receiving bank statements. Overall I like Wells Fargo. This location is lacking staff or proper managers who can think about customers time Reminds me of a dps visit

I went through the drive-thru to cash my check and deposit the cash right back into my account. Took them 10-15 minutes. Every there left before me and the people that arrived later did as well. After it all, they forgot to give me back my I.d. My transaction was done correctly though. What makes it worse is that I worked there for 2 years and know that it should have only taken 3-5 minutes.
