I know I’m probably going to get blasted by some of you for this post…. But, the new store manager from randells just came out and told the crawfish folks that they could not “run their operation” out of the end of the Randell’s parking lot. For you that might not know, they deliver reserved crawfish to Pecan Grove. They’ve been doing this for almost 10 years. In and out in 30 minutes every Saturday during season. He was a real jerk to them and had an attitude. I let him know that I just spent $20 in the store that I normally would have spent at HEB. And so did the other 20 people buying ice and such. Karl had no issues with this and was a true Pecan Grove resident. This guy lives in Houston. Very frustrating. Anyway, they moved over to the sonic parking lot.

online order. indicated no substitutions. guess folks can't read at Randalls because subs were made. first and last time for us. mega stores HEB & Kroger can get it right. Why can't Randall's hire literate people who can fill an order correctly?

When there is only one register open, and the queue is backed up to the dairy department....and you ask the only cashier (Mature lady) for the manager and she cycles off-line with barrage of dissatisfaction...it's time to leave your cart and shop at Kroger and HEB, where the price and people are more considerate! Will never shop there again....and I am a stone's throw away from the,!
