Although the maintenance service is not good, they came to fix something electrical and left it worse, I disconnected everything and never returned.
I recommend the property for Hilda's professionalism at every turn until she saves.”

“Updated to 5 stars. Although we’ve had minor issues (leaky sink etc), management has gone above and beyond to help us out. What we love the most about this place is the friendly, quiet environment. We could have stayed elsewhere for half the price but no where near the quality of service, safety and satisfaction we have here.”

“This trip to lake jackson, this was the first time i visited the place. Very clean, and professional staff. Prices very fair. All questions answered. I am giving this place a 5 star review. Anything less would not be warranted. I am definitely placing this apartment complex as top of my choices of an apartment location to rent from. All questions were answered and i felt very well taken care of.”
