“Stopped by the Clute location on Dixie Dr store because I was in the area and needed a replacement brake light bulb, or so I thought. It was a really pleasant experience for the small amount of time that I spent in store. The counter person was friendly and asked if he could help me right away. He knew exactly what part I needed and brought it to me. We chatted with another employee making smalltalk passing time about the weather, cars etc. The store was super clean, the glass storefront windows clear and the clerks were all in clean uniforms with smiling faces. Great attitudes.”

Since I'm in a company truck, I wasn't quite sure about which type of antifreeze to use and/or how much to use. Dustin, who works at the O'Reilly location that I was at in Angleton was so helpful. He new exactly what I needed, and also gave me some important tips to know for future reference. Very nice guy and very much appreciated.”

I haven’t met everyone here yet, but Noe and Hannah are the cream of the crop when it comes to customer service. When they don’t know about a product we may be needing, they take the time to find out and inform us. This is not just about me; I’ve noticed the respect and kindness with which they treat all of their customers. Great job guys! I have two older jeeps, so you’ll be seeing me often, LOL.”
“On April 1st my wife was in an accident. The other driver was clearly at fault, but Statefarm being Statefarm intentionally ignored the facts and held my wife liable for 50% of the damage. I decided to start with CSI Body Shop for the estimate process knowing I would likely not be able to get it fixed as I thought it would be an extremely expensive repair. From the moment I met Julie in the office and until the very end of the process she was extremely professional, kind hearted, and honest. I explained at the beginning that I wanted to just get an idea on what the cost would be because I couldn't afford it. As it turns out CSI really cares about their customers because Julie went far and beyond to help us get the repairs done. On top of the repairs, they even cleaned the car which I never expected to be done! I was expecting to be able to at least notice the repairs, but after getting it back it's like the accident never happened! I couldn't be more grateful for Julie, and the rest of the staff at CSI Body Shop! Thank you for all you do!”

“Is a bit expensive when it comes to everything all around but quality over quantity right? Had hydraulic hose made and had to return to get it re-maned because the guy "used a bad cut fitting." But if it were bad cut it would have messed threads up, no it was clearly squeezed in a vise or crimping machine. Wasn't funny at all. Cost me and hours pay and not to mention that was just as much as the hose! Smdh.”
