Purchased a Used Vehicle from Yaklin ford in November of 2023, upon receipt I encountered a transmission issue will shifting less than 8 hours from leaving the dealership. I informed the dealership/sales rep that I was having an issue. Returned the truck the following week for diagnoses, picked the truck up on Friday of that week, as was told via the service manager Justin, we reset the computer and these types of trucks shift hard, keep driving it it will learn how you drive. Drove it off the lot, immediately returned for the same issue, took my salesperson on a ride to show him the issue, he agreed the truck should not do that. Spoke with him and the service manager explained it had continued, service manager said keep driving it. Fast forward two weeks returned to try and fix the problem myself, paid for a full transmission service, and advised I was still having the issue. No one care to help. Received the vehicle back after servicing problem continue, provided video evidence, (still didn't believe me) returned the truck back before Christmas and did not receive my truck back until late January. All this being said I never once received contact from the dealership without my engagement. No updates or potential fixes were presented to me, as well as being completely lied to by the service manager Justin, as well as the Owner Justin Yaklin himself. When they say they stand behind their service and vehicles, it is a complete lie. And to this day the problem still persists. I will have to now take it to another ford dealership to hopefully get the problem fix with better customer service. I would suggest never buying a vehicle or having a vehicle serviced from this dealership.

Dishonest- Yaklin is perpetuating the adage that you can't trust a used car salesperson. Online, I recently found a reasonably priced 2022 Subaru Outback at their dealership with a little over 20k miles. Because the dealership was about 150 miles from my home, I had to rely on what I was being told by my sales associate (Saleen) and via the pictures provided. I asked repeatedly if there was anything of significance that I needed be made aware of in regards to the condition of the vehicle (i.e.- stains, rips, dents, dings, etc.) before making the nearly three-hour trek to the dealership. Because the vehicle was only over a little more than a year old, I had fairly high expectations about it's current condition. I asked if the vehicle had been smoked in as this was a deal breaker for me (as I am an ex-smoker and can no longer tolerate the smell of smoke). The sales associate assured me that the vehicle was in excellent shape and had not been smoked in. After hearing all of these positive reports, I scheduled to go to the dealership on a Friday to see the vehicle in person, take it for a test drive, and hopeful complete the purchase. I set out and arrived at the dealership a few hours later. I found the vehicle on the lot and began inspecting the vehicle's exterior. I immediately noticed the lower plastic molding on the passenger's side was falling off. I then opened up the vehicle's tailgate and was immediately hit with the pungent smell of lingering cigarette smoke. My initial sales associate (Saleen) was not present so I was greeted by a new sales associate (Joseph). I expressed to Joseph that I was not happy as I had been told this was a non-smoker's vehicle. Joseph confirmed that the prior owner, Barb (apparently he knew her), had in fact been a smoker. Then he had the audacity to tell me that although Barb was a smoker, she never smoked inside the vehicle. He stated that she always stopped the vehicle and got out to have her smoke. He stated that the smell in the vehicle was from smoke that had drifted into the vehicle while Barb was smoking outside the vehicle. I couldn't even believe that he was trying to pass this terrible lie off as fact. I actually wondered if he knew how preposterous this sounded as he was speaking it. I then opened the driver's side door and found a burn mark on the interior door trim. When confronted with this evidence, Joseph just shrugged his shoulders and tried to redirect the conversation by explaining that they have a process at the dealership that can remove the smoke smell from a vehicle. He advised that their techs have just been too busy to complete "smoke smell removal" from this vehicle and that it would take about 1/2 a day to complete. I was frustrated at this statement as the dealership had known for days that I was coming to inspect/purchase this vehicle. At this point, I had already lost all confidence in the integrity of this dealership and it's sales associates. I can't comment on the auto repair shop or the new car dealership but I would strongly encourage anyone considering a vehicle purchase from the Yaklin used car dealership to reconsider. Yaklin has dishonest sales associates, buyer beware!

If you want pieces of your interior to remain intact, don't bring it to them because they will break it. And then tell you it's consequential damage and then deny to fix it. I found Fifteen other reviews of them tearing up someone's interior and then doing nothing about it, and then saying it wasn't them and that you have to deal with it. They also wont answer your calls and avoid you . Avoid justin and his whole pack of gremlins. Take it to anyone else other than them. They are liars and crooks.

I had reserved a specific Bronco with Yaklin ford on January 25th. I have been in the market for over 6 months and have done my homework on what I wanted. It was to be delivered on Feb. 15. It actually made it to the rail yard on Feb. 14. That's when the deception/lying started happening. They kept telling me they were trying to secure a transport for the vehicle. I texted and called everyday. They stopped responding or would answer the phone and tell me they would call the rail yard and get back to me... never happened. Then 9 days later I got this email from the manager at 8:20 at night! Trisha, I want to start this off with a good news, bad news situation. Our owner saw that we had the Bronco we were going to sell to you but he had another customer he had promised it to,He is the owner,so,his deal trumps my deal. That is the bad news. The good news is that we have a Cactus Gray Wildtrack Bronco incoming from the plant due in here in mid March that I will put your name on and take a deposit on,which we normally don't.The difference between the Badlands and the Wildtrack is the Sasquatch pkg is standard on Wildtrack and an option on Badlands. The Badlands we have does not have this option. If you are getting a Bronco, the Sasquatch pkg is the most sought after, least available. Please dont kill the messenger but I have my hands tied.I included a MSRP window sticker,We will sell this for sticker plus the 4500 market adjustment. This one is a little more MSRP,but far more equipment. If this works for you,we will send you new figures.Once again, please accept my apology.Your business is valued if we can earn it.I dont expect you to be happy with us,but we hope by offering you the better Bronco would soften the blow. Needless to stay I was devastated and angry. Here was my response the next morning. Good morning Joe. As you're aware, we made the deal on January 25th and I offered to put money down on the Bronco at that time to preserve it. I expressed my concern to you about having it be sold out from under me and you assured me that it would not be done and that you don't take deposits because your agreements are kept. On January 25th you earned our business so there is no need to re-earn it on another deal for a vehicle that I don't want and another month long wait. You can keep our business by doing the right thing and for Mr. Yaklin to honor your commitment to me on the deal we've made. I've already worked out payment and financing with your finance group and I have insurance in place on the vehicle. I can pick it up tomorrow. (We also sent this to the owner, Justin Yaklin) Of course, 5 days after my response was sent.... NO RESPONSE! Not even, I'm sorry this happened. Have a good day. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS TERRIBLE Dealership!!

I reserved a Bronco with $100 down. 2 months later went in to the dealership to put $1000 & confirm exactly what I wanted on my Bronco. After waiting a year, I decided I no longer wanted a Bronco. I called and canceled my order. Joe told me I would immediately get my $110 back. After multiple days, phone calls, & trips to the dealership, I was given $1000. I was told they couldn't find the $100 in their paperwork. I provided them what documentation they needed. This was March. It is now May. They made no attempts to contact me. I have once again provided my bank statement proving I paid the $100. Again it has been multiple days, phone calls, and stops by the dealership. I'm still receiving the story from Joe. You will get your money tomorrow. But yet, NO MONEY!

Dealer backed out of sale after I chose to go with my own financing. They did not sell to me for that reason. They asked me to finance with them and them to refinace with my bank that had approved me. Makes no sense. Only sense is that they get the kickbacks.
