I needed to get a new water pump for my car I got two quotes from two different auto shops and got the third one from new era and they were by far the least expensive so I went with them and they did the job in the same day and did a good job there was no surprise charges that we all know some places tend to do they were very professional just went smooth if you are apprehensive about getting work done not knowing a honest auto repair shop this is the one you should choose..Service: Engine repair

**Update- 11/2020- Still 5 Stars because of 1 Mechanic, Daniel & their Customer Service.. This Dude knows what he's doing.. (Gas or Diesel) My Blazer just Died on me a couple weeks ago. I thought it was the Fuel Pump. Daniel found out fast that my Coil had Shorted out my ICM. Basically a Short that would've taken other shops days to figure out. It cost $700+, place ain't cheap but they do quality work & they do it fast. I picked up the Blazer & it ran good for 2 days, then I was experiencing loss of power issues. He found a plugged Catalytic Converter. Other shops were telling me it was my Spider injectors, etc. WRONG! Bought a MagnaFlow High Performance Cat & they welded it up & did a Resenator delete also. Another $400 was spent but I believe now the Blazer is running at 100%. After new Distributor, Cap, Rotor, ICM, Plugs, Wires, Coil, Catalytic Converter. Everything was welded up nice & tight.I've got plenty more power I never had before & a huge increase in Power. I'll stick with this shop because they don't "beat around the bush." What they say is the problem, is the problem. I also liked the fact that Daniel took his time to walk through & describe everything he did. I also like using the same shop, one I can trust so I'll have always have a print out of what was done to my vehicles. In case I wanna sell down the road, so to speak.**I love this Shop! It's the only place I will trust to work on my Vehicles. I'm a shade tree mechanic & I can do most of the work myself but I'm getting old & I would much rather save my "knuckles" & have New Era do all my car repairs. They have worked on my 02' Blazer ZR2 4x4 and they gave me the cheapest price in town to repair a few parts. They also just replaced a steering column for my Wife's 2009 Ford Escape for $200! I couldn't find anyone willing to touch this steering column install, except for Yaklin Dealership & they wanted $1900 for the Column & a total of $2300 installed. No way! Bought a brand new Ford OEM replacement steering Column off eBay for $1000 & New Era installed it in a few hours! (Saved me around $1100) What they Qoute, Is what you pay. That's been my experience. No phone call surprises after you drop your car off like many other shops do, trying to sell you stuff that is not needed. New Era has great mechanics & you get that, down home experience.. Thanks Guys! I'll definitely be backService: Engine repair
