After going all over the place looking for a new vehicle for me I finally Purchased a 2017 Toyota 4Runner for my birthday gift. My experience with Wesley was excellent and so was Shawn. My AC cooled then didn't cool on recent purchased truck. Yaklin's service department quickly found a leak on schrader valve and system was over-pressurized. They removed freon, installed schrader valves, got all moisture out of lines, and installed correct pressure of freon. It blew so cold penguins wanted to ride in my truck. Thank you Yaklin for making things right. Great service department.

My mom’s old car started having serious engine problems, and the cost to repair it just wasn’t worth it. The team at Yaklin truly worked their magic and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. They helped my mom find another vehicle that’s dependable, within her budget, and exactly what she needed—all without any pressure or upselling.
I want to give a big shoutout to Bernie, the sales manager, and Joseph, the salesman, for being extremely professional, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure my mom was taken care of and confident in her purchase.

Came to Yaklin for a used Chevy Colorado truck on their website. Drove it, looked it over inside. outside, and underside. A few little problems, but for a 2017 it was in good shape. The negotiations went back and forth. Make sure you ask what the fees are for on the final invoice. Some are optional. They were polite. Buying a car is always an endurance test, but Yaklin was pretty good and we came to a price. They had a better selection than the eight places I went previously.

My experience at Yaklin Ford was nice and smooth process, this would be my second visit here this year and my first visit was not great. Felt very hurried and the finance manager was very rude but a gentlemen named Wesley helped me out this Monday on finding me my vehicle that I wanted. He was respectful, honest and punctual. Took 2 days to receive my vehicle only because I had to leave early to take care of my business. In short, I had a very great experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is hesitant on purchasing a vehicle here. This is the end of my review.
