Worst place ever the manager created me an account for a mobile hot spot and put all the information incorrect. I go the store to make the payment and Leanna kept telling me different things trying to confused me. At the end she was not able to help me because she kept telling to do different things which they all ended up not working because she was not able to fix the mistake on wrong information and just lost 2 hrs my time with her.

Both times I’ve gone to this store I always except a great experience with whatever the case if it’s a problem or and questions; to buying a new phone. I was very delighted with the experience I had with Dayla! I got a new apple phone and I totally love it. Went home as a happy paying customer as it should be right. Really recommend future and returning customers to go get help from Dayla.

Went in today with what turned out to be "extreme craziness" due to my kids upgrading and replacing phones using each others available upgrades, and the whole time I have been paying the bill without even knowing what they did! Thanks to Javier though, he took the time to go over my account and find all the transactions and was able to fix what my kids did. Javier was patient and understanding and found a way to upgrade my plan which will now save me money! Javier, thank you for having taken the time to help me today and for never getting frustrated with my millions of questions. Excellent Customer Service!!

Superior Service at the RGC Store the manager Denise Flores and her sales team Dayla Flores and Nydia Hernandez have excellent customer service. They were very helpful and attentive to my phone needs. Store display a very clean enviorment. 5 Stars Rating to the At&t Store in Rio Grande City

Extremely poor customer service and lack of knowledge. Was their Monday trying to add a phone to my existing plan, I was their over 90 minutes and all for nothing. The worker was not able to activate the phone. After waiting all that time they told me I had to go back the following day because their system had stopped working since it was past 7pm (their closing time). To give them the benefit of the doubt I went in the following day Tuesday and the same thing. I was their over an hour and nothing was accomplished either. After asking the working for an update she called (someone) to see what could be done. All I was told was to wait. After continuing to wait a few more minutes I decided to leave. Both times I was told that “the full amount of the phone could be charged to my account” mind you they couldn’t get it to work and I wasn’t taking a phone. I suggest the owner go around his/her store more often and train the employees a bit more.
