Horrible experience today, Saturday, May 3, 2024, time: 12:03 pm.
I was looking for a cash register to pay. I was standing right at box 16, the others had a line of three people.
Seeing that an old man, short, fat, with a green shirt, I assumed the handler, although I had never seen him, because he bought every day, he is about to open the register 16, I get in line and he turns around and sees me and tells me Don't move, there's going to be a lady waiting in another line. I don't know about him. But I just moved my car and moved on.
I find it in very bad taste that a supposed manager carries out these actions with a frequent client. Or anyone else who decides to buy in the store.
We are all supposed to have the same right. And I'm standing right there. We always move to the fastest or freshest line. You will open whoever it is and whoever arrives first is the one who has priority in the line.
Super disappointed in this person as a worker or manager. And she got over being upset with that treatment. ? I even want to never return. It takes it for one to be taken by all those who are always super kind.
Cross out for that person and super bad look for the store for not training them. I know that my opinion does not count because there are hundreds to buy there. But I still let off steam in a way.

Yesterday 02/16/2024 was doing some grocery shopping at H‑E‑B PLUS in RGC and had the worst experience with a cashier in my whole life she yelled at me horribly, I believe people with her attitude need to be in other position and not in contact with customers, and I don’t think I was the first customer to be treat like that, the manager kindly help me to paid with another cashier and I asked another H‑E‑B employee if they don’t have problems with that lady and her attitude and yes they said o yes is this “lady” I don’t remember her name but was in 8pm turn.
